【摘要】：我國人口老齡化問題日益嚴重,老年人的健康安全監(jiān)護已經(jīng)成為移動計算技術(shù)研究熱點之一。跌倒作為威脅老年人的身心健康的重要因素之一,受到學(xué)術(shù)界和工業(yè)界研究人員的普遍重視�，F(xiàn)有的跌倒檢測系統(tǒng)局限于計算復(fù)雜度高、需要外部部署以及可擴展性差等諸多因素,使其不能得到廣泛應(yīng)用。論文基于參與式統(tǒng)計感知方法,在人體動作特征識別分類和利用條件隨機場模型判定跌倒兩面方面做了深入研究。首先,提出基于統(tǒng)計感知的動作識別分類的方法。利用智能手機內(nèi)置傳感器收集人體動作信號,進行過濾降噪后,提取峰值特征、協(xié)方差特征和頻域特征,利用支持向量機將人體動作分為日常動作、跌倒及疑似跌倒動作、步態(tài)異常和靜止四大類,為后續(xù)上下文識別跌倒行為提供標注依據(jù)。其次,提出基于條件隨機場的跌倒檢測模型。根據(jù)人體動作的分類和動作之間的上下文聯(lián)系,進行動作標注和特征標注;通過極大似然估計和梯度算法進行條件隨機場模型參數(shù)訓(xùn)練,然后在給定條件隨機場模型參數(shù)的情況下,利用維特比算法預(yù)測出最可能的動作序列。最后,使用多種智能手機采集傳感器數(shù)據(jù),在Matlab平臺和Visual Studio平臺上進行實驗,對本文提出的特征提取、行為分類和跌倒檢測方法進行全面的性能分析、閾值確定和準確度分析。
[Abstract]:The problem of aging population in China is becoming more and more serious, and the health and safety monitoring of the elderly has become one of the hotspots of mobile computing technology. Falling, as one of the important factors threatening the physical and mental health of the elderly, has been paid much attention by researchers in academia and industry. The existing fall detection system is limited to high computational complexity, requires external deployment and poor scalability, so it can not be widely used. Based on the participatory statistical perception method, this paper makes an in-depth study on the recognition and classification of human motion features and the use of conditional random field model to determine the two sides of the fall. Firstly, an action recognition classification method based on statistical perception is proposed. Using smart phone built-in sensor to collect human action signal, filter noise, extract peak feature, covariance feature and frequency domain feature, use support vector machine to divide human action into daily action, fall and suspected fall action. Gait anomaly and stillness provide the basis for subsequent context recognition of tumble behavior. Secondly, a fall detection model based on conditional random field is proposed. According to the classification of human actions and the context relation between actions, the action tagging and feature tagging are carried out, and the conditional random field model parameters are trained by maximum likelihood estimation and gradient algorithm. Then the most probable action sequence is predicted by using the Viterbi algorithm under the condition of random field model parameters. Finally, we use a variety of smart phones to collect sensor data and carry out experiments on Matlab and Visual Studio platforms. The performance analysis, threshold determination and accuracy analysis of the proposed feature extraction, behavior classification and fall detection methods are carried out.
