某坦克行進(jìn)間射擊炮口振動(dòng)優(yōu)化與分析

【摘要】:炮口振動(dòng)是影響坦克行進(jìn)間射擊精度的關(guān)鍵因素,為了減小彈丸出炮口時(shí)的炮口振動(dòng),基于多體動(dòng)力學(xué)的剛?cè)狁詈霞敖佑|碰撞算法,建立了考慮多個(gè)結(jié)構(gòu)非線性因素的坦克行進(jìn)間剛?cè)狁詈隙囿w系統(tǒng)動(dòng)力學(xué)模型。結(jié)合優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)理論和方法,建立了坦克行進(jìn)間射擊炮口振動(dòng)優(yōu)化模型。通過徑向基函數(shù)法與增廣拉格朗日乘子法的結(jié)合,對坦克行進(jìn)間射擊炮口振動(dòng)進(jìn)行多目標(biāo)優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。優(yōu)化結(jié)果表明,彈丸出炮口時(shí)的炮口振動(dòng)明顯降低,優(yōu)化方法是可行的,對于提高坦克行進(jìn)間射擊精度有一定的參考價(jià)值。通過改變車速以及路面等級(jí)對優(yōu)化結(jié)果進(jìn)行假設(shè)分析,說明了行進(jìn)間射擊優(yōu)化的必要性。
[Abstract]:Muzzle vibration is the key factor that affects the firing accuracy of tank. In order to reduce the muzzle vibration of projectile out of muzzle, the rigid-flexible coupling and contact collision algorithm based on multi-body dynamics is used to reduce the muzzle vibration. The dynamic model of rigid-flexible coupling multi-body system with multi-structural nonlinear factors is established. Combined with the theory and method of optimal design, the optimal model of firing muzzle vibration was established. Through the combination of radial basis function method and augmented Lagrangian multiplier method, the multi-objective optimization design of firing muzzle vibration during tank moving is carried out. The optimization results show that the vibration of the muzzle is obviously reduced when the projectile is out of the muzzle. The optimization method is feasible and has certain reference value for improving the firing accuracy of the tank. By changing the speed and grade of the road, the hypothesis analysis of the optimization result is carried out, and the necessity of shooting optimization during the travel is explained.
