【摘要】：為解決來自不同但相關(guān)領(lǐng)域的大量無標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)和少量帶標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)的分類問題,首先構(gòu)造一個聯(lián)系源域到目標(biāo)域的共享特征空間,并將該空間引入經(jīng)典的支持向量機(jī)算法使其獲得遷移能力,最終得到一種新的基于支持向量機(jī)的遷移共享空間的分類新算法,即遷移共享空間支持向量機(jī).具體地,該方法以遷移學(xué)習(xí)理論為基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合分類器最大間隔原理,通過最大化無標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)和帶標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)的聯(lián)合概率分布來構(gòu)建無標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)和帶標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)的共享空間;為充分考慮少量帶標(biāo)簽數(shù)據(jù)之?dāng)?shù)據(jù)分布,在其原始特征空間和共享空間組成的擴(kuò)展空間中訓(xùn)練分類模型.相關(guān)實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了該遷移學(xué)習(xí)分類器的有效性.
[Abstract]:In order to solve the classification problem of a large number of untagged data and a small amount of tagged data from different but related domains, a shared feature space from the source domain to the target domain is constructed. The space is introduced into the classical support vector machine (SVM) algorithm to obtain the migration ability. Finally, a new classification algorithm based on support vector machine (SVM) is proposed, that is, the migration shared space support vector machine (SVM). Specifically, based on the transfer learning theory and the principle of classifier maximum interval, the shared space of untagged data and tagged data is constructed by maximizing the joint probability distribution of untagged data and tagged data. In order to fully consider the data distribution with a small amount of tagged data, the classification model is trained in the extended space composed of the original feature space and the shared space. The experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed transfer learning classifier.
