二氧化錫中空微球用于快速靈敏檢測(cè)硫化氫

【摘要】:以氨基酚醛樹脂球作模板,通過一種簡(jiǎn)單的模板法制備了具有中空微球(HMS)結(jié)構(gòu)的二氧化錫;將其涂覆于氧化鋁陶瓷管金電極表面,制得一種新型薄膜式硫化氫傳感器.采用X射線衍射(XRD)及透射電子顯微鏡(TEM)表征了材料的微觀結(jié)構(gòu)和形貌,并考察了二氧化錫中空微球(Sn O2HMS)的氣敏性能.結(jié)果表明,二氧化錫中空微球?qū)α蚧瘹錃怏w表現(xiàn)出良好的氣敏特性.在最佳工作溫度(200℃)下,所制作的傳感器對(duì)142.6 mg/m3硫化氫的響應(yīng)值高達(dá)97.13%,響應(yīng)時(shí)間為22 s.該傳感器對(duì)硫化氫的響應(yīng)線性范圍為0.2852~142.6 mg/m3,相關(guān)系數(shù)為0.9931,檢出限達(dá)到0.1549 mg/m3,且?guī)缀醪皇墉h(huán)境濕度和溫度的影響,具有良好的重現(xiàn)性和選擇性.對(duì)養(yǎng)殖場(chǎng)中硫化氫氣體連續(xù)監(jiān)測(cè)10個(gè)月后,傳感器響應(yīng)信號(hào)衰減了5.4%,表明該傳感器具有長(zhǎng)期穩(wěn)定的使用壽命,可實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)測(cè)的實(shí)際應(yīng)用.
[Abstract]:A novel thin film hydrogen sulfide sensor was prepared by a simple template method using amino phenolic resin spheres as template, and tin dioxide with hollow microsphere HMS structure was coated on the gold electrode surface of alumina ceramic tube. The microstructure and morphology of the composite were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM), and the gas-sensing properties of tin dioxide hollow microspheres (Sno _ 2HMS) were investigated.
