【摘要】:人類免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)是一種嚴(yán)重威脅生命的病毒,感染艾滋病毒患者一般經(jīng)歷四個(gè)階段:i)艾滋病毒陰性的窗口期(W);ii)陽性的無癥狀潛伏期(E);iii)有癥狀期(Ⅰ);以及iv)移除階段(A).為深入研究艾滋病傳播過程,建立SWEIA艾滋病毒傳染模型,定義基本再生數(shù),分析無病與地方病平衡點(diǎn)的存在性和局部穩(wěn)定性,根據(jù)2004至2015年中國艾滋病患者數(shù)據(jù),采用遺傳算法對SWEIA模型中參數(shù)進(jìn)行估計(jì).通過對基本再生數(shù)敏感性分析以及模型數(shù)值隨參數(shù)不同而產(chǎn)生的變化,揭示艾滋病窗口期的接觸率是影響艾滋病流行的主要原因之一.
[Abstract]:Human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) is a serious life-threatening virus. People living with HIV generally go through four stages: HIV negative window period, the asymptomatic incubation period (I; iv) removal stage. In order to deeply study the process of AIDS transmission, establish SWEIA HIV transmission model, define the number of basic regeneration, analyze the existence and local stability of disease-free and endemic equilibrium, according to the data of Chinese AIDS patients from 2004 to 2015, Genetic algorithm is used to estimate the parameters of SWEIA model. Based on the sensitivity analysis of basic regeneration numbers and the variation of model values with different parameters, it is revealed that the exposure rate of AIDS window is one of the main reasons that affect the prevalence of AIDS.
