多傳感器動態(tài)參數(shù)實時采集與存儲方法研究

【摘要】:針對現(xiàn)有的數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)無法兼?zhèn)渫ǖ罃?shù)多、速度快、實時存儲的問題,提出一種基于可編程邏輯器件和大容量Flash的多傳感器動態(tài)參數(shù)實時采集與存儲方法。該系統(tǒng)以FPGA為主控制器,實現(xiàn)對模數(shù)轉換芯片的控制與讀取時序;轉換后添加校驗字節(jié),通過雙FIFO緩存方式實現(xiàn)和Flash的高效率數(shù)據(jù)交互;雙Flash實現(xiàn)采集數(shù)據(jù)備份,增加存儲可靠性;雙Flash之間總線相互獨立,提高數(shù)據(jù)存儲速度;最后通過USB接口實現(xiàn)與上位機的高速數(shù)據(jù)傳遞。實驗證明:該系統(tǒng)的單通道采樣速率可達2MHz,實時存儲速率單片F(xiàn)lash可達50MByte/s字節(jié),雙片可達100MByte/s,在強振動動態(tài)測試環(huán)境下,能夠可靠地采集傳感器的輸出信號,采集絕對誤差在1 mV以內,數(shù)據(jù)無誤碼率。滿足振動測量的穩(wěn)定可靠、精度高、抗干擾能力強等要求。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problem that the existing data acquisition system can not have many channels, high speed and real time storage, a real-time multi-sensor dynamic parameter acquisition and storage method based on programmable logic device and large capacity Flash is proposed. The system uses FPGA as the main controller to realize the control and reading timing of A / D conversion chip; add the check bytes after conversion, and realize the high efficiency data interaction with Flash through double FIFO buffer; double Flash to realize the data backup, The storage reliability is increased, the bus between the two Flash is independent, and the data storage speed is improved. Finally, the high-speed data transfer between the two Flash and the host computer is realized through the USB interface. The experimental results show that the single channel sampling rate of the system can reach 2 MHz, the real time storage rate of a single Flash can reach 50MByte/s bytes, and the double chip can reach 100 MByte / s. Under the strong vibration dynamic test environment, the output signals of the sensor can be collected reliably. The absolute error of data acquisition is less than 1 MV, and the error rate of data is zero. It can meet the requirements of stable and reliable vibration measurement, high precision and strong anti-interference ability.
