生物炭制備監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:由于全球人口不斷地增長(zhǎng)和經(jīng)濟(jì)技術(shù)的快速發(fā)展,化石燃料的不可再生性質(zhì)和燃燒過程所造成的環(huán)境污染,使人們開始迫切的尋找可以替代化石燃料的可再生能源。生物質(zhì)熱解技術(shù)的出現(xiàn),能夠解決這個(gè)問題。生物質(zhì)在生長(zhǎng)過程中生物質(zhì)能夠固定炭和能量,是一種新型可再生能源,而且被認(rèn)為是當(dāng)前世界上主要的補(bǔ)充化石燃料的資源。由于只具備光合作用就可以使用生物質(zhì)存活,所以資源相當(dāng)豐富,全球每一年能夠產(chǎn)生1730億噸的物質(zhì),這些物質(zhì)存儲(chǔ)的的能量約為全球能源消耗量的10或20倍,但是這些能量的利用率并不高,還不及3%。所以我們面對(duì)這么多可以利用的資源,就應(yīng)該加大力度的對(duì)生物質(zhì)熱解炭化技術(shù)進(jìn)行研究。本文先通過對(duì)生物質(zhì)炭化熱解技術(shù)的研究背景和意義進(jìn)行分析,在此此基礎(chǔ)上了解炭化工藝和炭化方法及炭化技術(shù)流程,了解對(duì)炭化機(jī)理產(chǎn)生影響的因素和對(duì)熱解炭化反應(yīng)器進(jìn)行了介紹,最重要的是總結(jié)了生物炭與現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的關(guān)系,我國是農(nóng)業(yè)大國,因此對(duì)此進(jìn)行研究具有重要意義。在研究和分析了這些的基礎(chǔ)上,發(fā)現(xiàn)生物質(zhì)炭化的一起較大,不夠方便監(jiān)控起來雖然智能化,還在炭化一些技術(shù)進(jìn)行了解的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了兩種不同熱解炭化溫度的監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),一種是基于數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀的監(jiān)測(cè)技術(shù),另一種是基于MCGS的監(jiān)控技術(shù)。通過對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀的了解,并自主設(shè)計(jì)了一種監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),包括主電路、監(jiān)控電路、溫度控制和交流接觸器等組成在監(jiān)測(cè)氣體的同時(shí)又加入了傳感器的選擇,最后對(duì)此系統(tǒng)用農(nóng)業(yè)秸稈作為原料進(jìn)行了實(shí)驗(yàn),結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)本設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)際的氣態(tài)產(chǎn)率趨勢(shì)一樣。雖然數(shù)據(jù)記錄儀使用起來方便簡(jiǎn)單,但是價(jià)格較貴,所以又設(shè)計(jì)了另一種監(jiān)測(cè)系統(tǒng),基于MCGS的監(jiān)測(cè)。硬件包括ADAM系列模塊的選擇、交流接觸器、溫度傳感器、氣體傳感器等,也用同樣的秸稈進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)炭化監(jiān)測(cè)實(shí)驗(yàn)。最后對(duì)本文進(jìn)行了總結(jié)以及對(duì)炭化設(shè)備大型化和炭化原料和一些技術(shù)難題進(jìn)行了展望。
[Abstract]:Due to the continuous growth of global population and the rapid development of economy and technology, the non-renewable nature of fossil fuels and the environmental pollution caused by the combustion process, people begin to look for renewable energy sources which can replace fossil fuels urgently. The emergence of biomass pyrolysis technology can solve this problem. Biomass can immobilize carbon and energy in the process of growth. It is a new renewable energy and is regarded as the main resource of supplementing fossil fuels in the world. Because biomass can be used for survival only with photosynthesis, there are plenty of resources that produce 173 billion tons of substances a year around the world that store about 10 or 20 times as much energy as the world's energy consumption. But the utilization rate of these energies is not high, not as high as three. So we should strengthen the research on biomass pyrolysis carbonization technology in the face of so many available resources. In this paper, the research background and significance of biomass carbonization pyrolysis technology are analyzed, and the carbonization process, carbonization method and carbonization technology flow are understood. The factors affecting the carbonization mechanism and the pyrolytic carbonization reactor are introduced. The most important is to summarize the relationship between biochar and modern agriculture. China is a big agricultural country, so it is of great significance to study it. On the basis of the research and analysis, it is found that biomass carbonization is relatively large, which is not convenient for monitoring. Although it is intelligent and based on the understanding of some carbonization technologies, two kinds of monitoring systems with different pyrolysis carbonization temperatures are designed. One is based on data recorder monitoring technology, the other is based on MCGS monitoring technology. Based on the understanding of the data recorder, a monitoring system is designed, which includes main circuit, monitoring circuit, temperature control and AC contactor and so on, which not only monitors the gas, but also adds the selection of sensors. Finally, the system was tested using agricultural straw as raw material, and the results showed that the design was the same as the actual gas yield trend. Although the data recorder is easy to use, but the price is expensive, so another monitoring system based on MCGS is designed. The hardware includes the selection of ADAM series module, AC contactor, temperature sensor, gas sensor and so on. Finally, the paper summarizes and prospects the large-scale carbonization and carbonization raw materials and some technical problems of carbonization equipment.
