基于變偏置力矩的雙電機(jī)系統(tǒng)消隙控制方法研究

【摘要】:針對(duì)雙電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)控制系統(tǒng),提出一種基于電機(jī)電流的變偏置力矩消隙控制方法,根據(jù)電機(jī)的負(fù)載電流值及設(shè)定的轉(zhuǎn)換函數(shù)w,動(dòng)態(tài)輸出偏置力矩以實(shí)現(xiàn)消隙控制與共同驅(qū)動(dòng)控制之間的轉(zhuǎn)換。同時(shí),給出了轉(zhuǎn)換函數(shù)中電流設(shè)定值的選取方法,該選取方法簡(jiǎn)便可行,為工程實(shí)際應(yīng)用提供了理論依據(jù)。建立雙電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)仿真模型對(duì)控制方法的有效性進(jìn)行驗(yàn)證,仿真結(jié)果表明,采用變偏置力矩控制的雙電機(jī)系統(tǒng)能夠消除傳動(dòng)間隙;通過合理選取轉(zhuǎn)換函數(shù)中的電流設(shè)定值,可降低靜態(tài)下的電機(jī)間偏置力矩,從而降低系統(tǒng)能耗;偏置力矩的動(dòng)態(tài)輸出提高了雙電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)的力矩輸出能力。
[Abstract]:A new control method based on motor current to eliminate the gap of variable bias torque is proposed for the double motor drive control system. According to the load current value of the motor and the set conversion function w, the offset torque is dynamically output to realize the conversion between the clearance elimination control and the common drive control. At the same time, the selection method of the current setting value in the conversion function is given, which is simple and feasible, and provides the theoretical basis for the practical application of engineering. The effectiveness of the control method is verified by establishing the simulation model of the dual-motor drive system. The simulation results show that the dual-motor system with variable offset torque control can eliminate the transmission clearance, and the current setting value in the conversion function is reasonably selected. The dynamic output of the bias torque can improve the torque output ability of the dual motor drive system by reducing the static bias torque between the motors and thus reducing the energy consumption of the system.
