【摘要】：惡意代碼的分類是惡意代碼分析領(lǐng)域研究的重要問題之一.為解決這一問題,提出深度信念網(wǎng)絡(luò)(Deep Belief Netw orks,DBN)的惡意代碼分類策略.首先,從樣本集中提取惡意代碼圖像特征、指令語句中的頻度特征;其次,為確保準(zhǔn)確率的提高,將上述兩類特征進(jìn)行融合,訓(xùn)練深度信念網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型中的限制玻爾茲曼機(jī)(Restricted Boltzmann Machine,RBM)和反向傳導(dǎo)算法(Back Propagation,BP).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明,提出的深度信念網(wǎng)絡(luò)模型對惡意代碼的分類平均準(zhǔn)確率可達(dá)95.7%,明顯高于傳統(tǒng)淺層機(jī)器學(xué)習(xí)模型KNN的94.5%.
[Abstract]:The classification of malicious code is one of the most important problems in the field of malicious code analysis. In order to solve this problem, a malicious code classification strategy based on Deep Belief Netw (DBN) is proposed. Firstly, the malicious code image features are extracted from the sample set, and the frequency features in instruction statements are extracted. Secondly, in order to ensure the improvement of accuracy, the above two kinds of features are fused. The restricted Boltzmann Boltzmann (RBM) and the reverse conduction algorithm (back Propagation) in the training depth belief network model. The experimental results show that the average accuracy of the proposed model for classification of malicious code can reach 95.775, which is significantly higher than that of the traditional shallow machine learning model (KNN) 94.5.
