雙開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)同步控制策略研究

【摘要】:開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)因具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單堅(jiān)固、成本低、起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩大、起動(dòng)電流小、效率高等系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)而在許多領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。在一些大功率或要求可靠性高等應(yīng)用場(chǎng)合,往往需要采取兩臺(tái)電機(jī)進(jìn)行同步傳動(dòng);然而由于電機(jī)存在制造誤差等原因,使得其機(jī)械特性難以達(dá)到完全一致,在采用兩臺(tái)電機(jī)同步傳動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)因其機(jī)械特性的差異而造成兩臺(tái)電機(jī)輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩的不平衡,嚴(yán)重時(shí)會(huì)因其中某臺(tái)電機(jī)的輸出轉(zhuǎn)矩過(guò)大而造成電機(jī)過(guò)載甚至燒毀的危險(xiǎn)。論文針對(duì)由兩臺(tái)電機(jī)構(gòu)成的同步控制系統(tǒng)展開(kāi)研究,提出采用一種基于模糊控制的同步控制方法,取得了良好的控制效果。文中分別就該控制方法的基本原理、具體設(shè)計(jì)及仿真建模等展開(kāi)了研究。論文的主要研究工作包括:首先簡(jiǎn)要介紹了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的基本特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展概況,闡述了雙開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)同步控制的研究現(xiàn)狀及存在的問(wèn)題,提出采用基于模糊控制的雙開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)同步控制方法,介紹了論文的基本結(jié)構(gòu)和主要內(nèi)容。系統(tǒng)闡述了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)的基本結(jié)構(gòu)、電路方程、數(shù)學(xué)模型及開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)調(diào)速系統(tǒng)的基本組成,介紹了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)目前常用的控制方法并進(jìn)行了對(duì)比分析,分析了開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)存在轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)大的問(wèn)題,并研究采用基于轉(zhuǎn)矩分配函數(shù)法的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制來(lái)抑制轉(zhuǎn)矩脈動(dòng)。深入研究了基于模糊控制的雙開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)同步控制策略的具體設(shè)計(jì)方法,即針對(duì)由兩臺(tái)開(kāi)關(guān)磁阻電機(jī)構(gòu)成的同步控制系統(tǒng),構(gòu)建了以轉(zhuǎn)速作為控制外環(huán)、轉(zhuǎn)矩作為控制內(nèi)環(huán)的雙閉環(huán)控制模型,其中外環(huán)采用模糊控制策略,內(nèi)環(huán)采用基于轉(zhuǎn)矩分配函數(shù)法的直接轉(zhuǎn)矩控制策略,并分別就相關(guān)控制策略的具體設(shè)計(jì)方法進(jìn)行了理論分析與設(shè)計(jì)研究。采用MATLAB構(gòu)建仿真模型,對(duì)上述控制策略的控制效果進(jìn)行仿真驗(yàn)證,同時(shí)與傳統(tǒng)交叉耦合控制進(jìn)行對(duì)比仿真分析,仿真結(jié)果證明了該控制策略的有效性和可行性。
[Abstract]:Switched reluctance motor (SRM) has been widely used in many fields because of its advantages of simple structure, low cost, large starting torque, low starting current and high efficiency.In some applications such as high power or high reliability, it is often necessary to adopt two motors for synchronous transmission. However, because of the manufacturing error of the motor, it is difficult to achieve complete consistency in the mechanical characteristics of the motor.When using synchronous drive of two motors, the output torque of two motors will be unbalanced due to the difference of their mechanical characteristics, and when the output torque of one of them is too large, it will lead to the danger of overload or even burnout of the motor.In this paper, a synchronous control method based on fuzzy control is proposed for the synchronous control system composed of two motors, and a good control effect is obtained.In this paper, the basic principle, design and simulation modeling of the control method are studied.The main research work of this paper is as follows: firstly, the basic characteristics and development of switched reluctance motor are briefly introduced, and the research status and existing problems of synchronous control of double switched reluctance motor are expounded.A method of synchronous control for double switched reluctance motor based on fuzzy control is proposed. The basic structure and main contents of this paper are introduced.In this paper, the basic structure, circuit equation, mathematical model and the basic composition of switched reluctance motor (SRM) speed regulation system are described systematically. The control methods commonly used in SRM are introduced and compared with each other.The problem of large torque ripple in switched reluctance motor (SRM) is analyzed, and the direct torque control based on torque assignment function (DTC) is studied to suppress the torque ripple.In this paper, the design method of synchronous control strategy of double switched reluctance motor based on fuzzy control is studied in detail. That is to say, for the synchronous control system composed of two switched reluctance motors, the rotational speed is used as the control outer loop.The torque is used as the double closed loop control model of the inner loop, in which the outer loop adopts fuzzy control strategy, and the inner loop adopts the direct torque control strategy based on the torque distribution function method.Theoretical analysis and design research on the specific design methods of related control strategies are also carried out.The simulation model is constructed by MATLAB, and the control effect of the above control strategy is verified by simulation. At the same time, compared with the traditional cross-coupling control, the simulation results show that the control strategy is effective and feasible.
