基于本體和事物特性表的定制系統(tǒng)研究

【摘要】:變型設(shè)計(jì)應(yīng)用相似性、重用性和全局性原理對(duì)定制產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行重組,提高已有零件使用率,增加客戶選擇范圍。根據(jù)客戶定制需求,以批量生產(chǎn)的方式,低價(jià)、高質(zhì)、高效的生產(chǎn)出定制產(chǎn)品。當(dāng)前較為常用的變型設(shè)計(jì)方法雖然在一定程度上滿足了客戶的個(gè)性化定制需求,但是在變型設(shè)計(jì)中對(duì)于重用性原理應(yīng)用的還是不夠,并且不能實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品信息的推理功能。針對(duì)上文提到的變型設(shè)計(jì)重用性應(yīng)用不夠、不能實(shí)現(xiàn)推理這兩個(gè)問(wèn)題,本文引入事物特性表技術(shù)和本體技術(shù)。提出本體和事物特性表相結(jié)合對(duì)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行變型設(shè)計(jì)的方法。分析定制產(chǎn)品并得到其相關(guān)參數(shù)的事物特性表,建立產(chǎn)品主模型和事物特性之間的關(guān)系。用描述邏輯對(duì)定制產(chǎn)品的事物特性表進(jìn)行刻畫(huà),建立定制產(chǎn)品事物特性表的語(yǔ)義表示模型。將定制產(chǎn)品的主模型和產(chǎn)品的主結(jié)構(gòu)添加在建好的事物特性表中,對(duì)事物特性表進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,利用之前建好的本體對(duì)產(chǎn)品相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行推理。本文完成工作分為以下三方面:第一,基于事物特性表技術(shù)構(gòu)建變型設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品本體知識(shí)庫(kù)。分析變型設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的零件組成及零部件之間關(guān)系,用網(wǎng)絡(luò)本體語(yǔ)言對(duì)其進(jìn)行定義;根據(jù)產(chǎn)品參數(shù)約束關(guān)系、裝配約束關(guān)系、專(zhuān)家經(jīng)驗(yàn)等相關(guān)知識(shí),用語(yǔ)義網(wǎng)規(guī)則語(yǔ)言對(duì)其進(jìn)行表示。將產(chǎn)品零件的結(jié)構(gòu)化知識(shí)置換為Jess事實(shí),定制產(chǎn)品尺寸約束關(guān)系、定制產(chǎn)品裝配約束關(guān)系等置換為Jess規(guī)則,利用Jess推理機(jī)對(duì)變型設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的相關(guān)信息進(jìn)行推理以得到需求信息。通過(guò)減速箱齒輪軸實(shí)例驗(yàn)證了這一做法的正確性,為實(shí)現(xiàn)產(chǎn)品的變型設(shè)計(jì)提供理論基礎(chǔ)。第二,基于本體和事物特性表的變型設(shè)計(jì)方法。利用本體的知識(shí)重用性這一優(yōu)點(diǎn),在構(gòu)建的事物特性表本體基礎(chǔ)上,將定制產(chǎn)品的主模型和主結(jié)構(gòu)添加到事物特性表中對(duì)其進(jìn)行擴(kuò)展,在此基礎(chǔ)上構(gòu)建了導(dǎo)出參數(shù)、主模型、主結(jié)構(gòu)等的推理規(guī)則。最后,開(kāi)發(fā)了基于本體和事物特性表的定制系統(tǒng)。在前面構(gòu)建定制產(chǎn)品本體知識(shí)庫(kù)的基礎(chǔ)上,構(gòu)建了定制產(chǎn)品知識(shí)庫(kù)的系統(tǒng)框架。protégé軟件和Java程序設(shè)計(jì)語(yǔ)言相結(jié)合,開(kāi)發(fā)基于本體和事物特性表的定制系統(tǒng),在定制系統(tǒng)中針對(duì)變型設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品實(shí)例演示了各項(xiàng)功能操作。
[Abstract]:Based on the principle of similarity, reusability and globality of variant design, custom-made products are reorganized to increase the utilization rate of existing parts and increase the scope of customer selection.According to the customer's custom demand, mass production, low-cost, high-quality, high-efficient production of customized products.Although the commonly used variant design methods to some extent meet the needs of customer customization, but in variant design, the reuse principle is not enough, and the reasoning function of product information can not be realized.In view of the two problems that the reusability application of variant design mentioned above is not enough to realize reasoning, this paper introduces the technology of object characteristic table and ontology.This paper presents a method of product variant design based on ontology and tabular feature table.The relationship between the main model of the product and the characteristics of the product is established by analyzing the list of things characteristic of the customized product and obtaining the relevant parameters.The description logic is used to describe the object characteristic table of custom product, and the semantic representation model of custom product thing characteristic table is established.The main model of customized product and the main structure of product are added to the set of things characteristic table to extend the table of things characteristics and to infer the relevant information of product by using the pre-built ontology.The work of this paper is divided into the following three aspects: firstly, the knowledge base of variant design product ontology is constructed based on the tabular technology of transaction characteristics.This paper analyzes the components composition and the relationship between parts of variant design products, defines them by network ontology language, and according to the relevant knowledge of product parameter constraint relation, assembly constraint relation, expert experience, etc.It is represented by semantic web rule language.The structural knowledge of product parts is replaced with Jess fact, the size constraint relation of product and assembly constraint relation of product are changed into Jess rules, and the relevant information of variant design product is inferred by Jess inference engine to obtain the requirement information.The correctness of this method is verified by an example of gear shaft of reducer box, which provides a theoretical basis for realizing the variant design of the product.Secondly, the variant design method based on ontology and object characteristic table.Taking advantage of the knowledge reusability of ontology, the main model and main structure of customized products are added to the table of things characteristics to extend them on the basis of building the ontology of object characteristics table. On this basis, the derived parameters and main model are constructed.The rules of reasoning for the main structure, etc.Finally, a custom system based on ontology and object characteristic table is developed.On the basis of constructing customized product ontology knowledge base, the system framework of customized product knowledge base. Prot 茅 g 茅 software and Java programming language are combined to develop customization system based on ontology and object characteristic table.In the customization system, the function operation of variant design product is demonstrated.
