面向受災(zāi)差異的跨區(qū)域應(yīng)急救援路徑優(yōu)化

【摘要】:關(guān)注各災(zāi)區(qū)待救人員的不同受傷程度,用"傷員在途可堅(jiān)持時(shí)間"的區(qū)別來(lái)表征差異化受災(zāi)情形,研究帶有時(shí)間窗限制、基于受災(zāi)差異的跨區(qū)域應(yīng)急救援路徑優(yōu)化問(wèn)題.構(gòu)建以最小化救援車(chē)輛行車(chē)總時(shí)間為決策目標(biāo)的車(chē)輛路徑模型,設(shè)計(jì)蟻群算法對(duì)仿真算例進(jìn)行求解.討論考慮受災(zāi)差異因素對(duì)整個(gè)跨區(qū)域救援路徑優(yōu)化方案的影響,并對(duì)以決策者風(fēng)險(xiǎn)態(tài)度為例的關(guān)鍵參數(shù)實(shí)施敏感性分析.研究結(jié)果可為構(gòu)建高效的應(yīng)急管理體系提供有益參考.
[Abstract]:This paper focuses on the different degree of injury of the persons waiting for rescue in various disaster areas, uses the difference of "the injured can persist in the journey" to characterize the differentiated disaster situation, and studies the cross-regional emergency rescue path optimization problem with time window restriction and based on the disaster difference.A vehicle path model with the goal of minimizing the total travel time of the rescue vehicle was constructed and the ant colony algorithm was designed to solve the simulation example.This paper discusses the influence of the disaster-affected factors on the overall cross-regional rescue route optimization scheme, and carries out sensitivity analysis on the key parameters taking the risk attitude of decision makers as an example.The results can provide a useful reference for the construction of an efficient emergency management system.
