基于PLC的升降橫移式立體停車庫的控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:“養(yǎng)車容易停車難”已成為當代中等城市住宅小區(qū)最為凸顯的停車矛盾。而日益嚴峻的停車難問題背后暴露出種種問題,比如,停車位嚴重不足,供給和需求不平衡;小區(qū)道路擁擠、綠化帶被碾壓、消防通道被占用等情況屢次發(fā)生,嚴重影響了市區(qū)的管理秩序及居民的人身安全。 為了改變上述城市住宅小區(qū)停車現(xiàn)狀,本課題選用升降橫移運動,全自動化的立體車庫為研究模型。此車庫為全地上3層3列3行矩陣式結(jié)構(gòu),,擁有21個存車位。在深入分析車庫運行原理的基礎(chǔ)上,本文采用可編程控制器(PLC)為核心控制單元,對整個車庫控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計方案進行研究。主要內(nèi)容為: (1)課題理論和實踐意義的研究,歷史的發(fā)展和現(xiàn)狀。 (2)以全地上三層3×3×3矩陣式,3維21存車位的升降橫移式立體車庫為模型,詳細研究了其總體結(jié)構(gòu)組成和運行原理。 (3)硬件設(shè)計,主要包括: PLC選型;I/O口的地址分配;PLC外圍接線的設(shè)計;電氣控制原理圖的繪制。 (4)軟件設(shè)計,主要是對主控制程序中的初始化部分,子程序的調(diào)用部分進行編寫;子程序中自動存取車、故障報警、運行顯示等程序的編寫。 (5)立體車庫模型的調(diào)試和測試部分。 通過以上部分的設(shè)計,將完成一個智能控制的立體停車庫的模型,并能實現(xiàn)立體停車庫內(nèi)的存車位穩(wěn)定、準確的移動到人車交接處進出存取車操作。 本文在設(shè)計過程中,采用模塊化設(shè)計,結(jié)構(gòu)靈活,通過硬件和軟件系統(tǒng)的探究和改進,實現(xiàn)了車庫的智能操縱。此設(shè)計還配有安全保護設(shè)備,提高了車庫運行的穩(wěn)定性,整體效果不錯。立體停車庫由于款式多樣化,占地面積小,存車多,性價比高,規(guī)模將根據(jù)場地和需要改變的優(yōu)點,可以有效解決城市住宅小區(qū)停車難的問題。
[Abstract]:"easy parking is difficult to keep cars" has become the most prominent parking contradiction in contemporary middle-sized urban residential areas.However, the increasingly serious parking difficulties have exposed various problems, such as the serious shortage of parking spaces, the imbalance between supply and demand, the congested roads in residential areas, the compaction of green belts, the occupation of firefighting corridors, and so on.Seriously affected the urban management order and the personal safety of residents.In order to change the parking situation of the residential district mentioned above, the research model is the lifting and traversing movement and the fully automatic stereoscopic garage.The garage is a 3-floor 3-row 3-row matrix structure with 21 parking spaces.On the basis of deeply analyzing the principle of garage operation, the design scheme of the whole garage control system is studied in this paper by using PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) as the core control unit.The main contents are:Research on the theoretical and practical significance of the subject, historical development and present situation.(2) taking the 3 脳 3 脳 3 matrix 3 脳 3 脳 3 matrix 3 D 21 parking garage as the model, the overall structure and operation principle of the garage are studied in detail.The hardware design includes: the design of PLC peripheral connection of I / O port and the drawing of electrical control schematic diagram.4) Software design, mainly to the initialization part of the main control program, the subprogram call part, the automatic access vehicle in the subprogram, the fault alarm, the running display and so on.5) the debugging and testing part of the model of stereoscopic garage.Through the design of the above part, a model of the intelligent control three-dimensional parking garage will be completed, and the parking space in the three-dimensional parking garage can be stabilized and accurately moved to the man-vehicle interface to access the vehicle operation.In the process of design, this paper adopts modular design, flexible structure, through the hardware and software system to explore and improve, to achieve the intelligent garage operation.The design is also equipped with safety protection equipment to improve the stability of the garage operation, the overall effect is good.Because of the diversity of styles, small area, more cars, high performance and price ratio, the scale will be changed according to the site and needs, which can effectively solve the problem of difficult parking in urban residential areas.
