基于腐蝕光纖的溫度及葡萄糖溶液濃度傳感器

【摘要】:提出并制備了一種基于本征倏逝波原理的溫度及葡萄糖溶液濃度傳感器.通過研究腐蝕包層厚度與透射光譜之間的關(guān)系,確定較為合適的腐蝕厚度.將標(biāo)準(zhǔn)單模光纖包層腐蝕至2.4μm,利用光纖倏逝波對(duì)外界介質(zhì)變化敏感的原理,通過測量輸出光功率的變化量實(shí)現(xiàn)溫度及葡萄糖溶液濃度傳感.實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果表明:傳感器在1070℃的溫度范圍內(nèi)具有9.58×10~(-3) dBm/℃的靈敏度,線性度達(dá)到99.36%;在葡萄糖溶液03%的濃度范圍內(nèi)具有0.126dBm/(g/L)的靈敏度,線性度達(dá)到97.95%.該傳感器的響應(yīng)時(shí)間小于30s,具有操作簡便、測量準(zhǔn)確度高、重復(fù)性好、適用范圍廣等優(yōu)點(diǎn),具備良好的應(yīng)用價(jià)值.
