【摘要】:分析了當(dāng)前AGV控制技術(shù)的研究現(xiàn)狀,針對(duì)工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的需要,結(jié)合AGV控制系統(tǒng)的基本要求,在對(duì)AGV小車進(jìn)行整體結(jié)構(gòu)研發(fā)的基礎(chǔ)上,設(shè)計(jì)了一種基于灰度傳感器的AGV差速調(diào)節(jié)控制系統(tǒng),使AGV小車接收到主機(jī)的上位機(jī)信號(hào),并通過無線通訊與電梯交互,實(shí)現(xiàn)小車的自動(dòng)上下樓梯、安全避障等功能。
[Abstract]:The current research status of AGV control technology is analyzed. According to the needs of industrial production and the basic requirements of AGV control system, the research and development of the whole structure of AGV trolley are carried out.A AGV differential speed control system based on gray-scale sensor is designed, which makes the AGV car receive the host computer signal, and interacts with the elevator through wireless communication to realize the functions of automatic up and down stairs and safe avoiding obstacles.
