基于MQTT協(xié)議的人體姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:近年來,隨著信息技術(shù)的發(fā)展,越來越多的IT技術(shù)和方案進(jìn)入醫(yī)療健康領(lǐng)域,促進(jìn)了智慧醫(yī)療的發(fā)展。作為智慧醫(yī)療的一個分支,人體姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)逐漸受到研究者的重視,發(fā)展前景日益廣闊。盡管人體姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)發(fā)展迅速,但是其仍然存在一些不足。一方面,以往的姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)重在對姿態(tài)識別算法的研究,對系統(tǒng)可靠性、實用性、擴(kuò)展性重視不足。另一方面,信息采集終端處理能力和通信環(huán)境也制約了姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)的發(fā)展和應(yīng)用。MQTT(Message Queuing Telemetry Transport,MQTT)協(xié)議是一種簡單、輕量的數(shù)據(jù)傳輸協(xié)議,該協(xié)議能在確?煽啃院鸵欢ǔ潭鹊谋WC交付的基礎(chǔ)上盡量減少對網(wǎng)絡(luò)帶寬和設(shè)備資源的需求,非常適用于受限的移動設(shè)備和嵌入式設(shè)備,已經(jīng)被廣泛應(yīng)用于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)品中;诖,本文設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了基于MQTT協(xié)議的人體姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)。首先,分析了系統(tǒng)的功能需求,設(shè)計了系統(tǒng)的總體結(jié)構(gòu),隨后根據(jù)本系統(tǒng)的要求和特點,設(shè)計了數(shù)據(jù)交互方案,然后分別實現(xiàn)了數(shù)據(jù)信息采集終端和服務(wù)器,最后對系統(tǒng)功能進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的測試。本文的主要工作如下:(1)在分析傳統(tǒng)姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)兩層結(jié)構(gòu)模型不足的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了"數(shù)據(jù)據(jù)信息采集終端——服務(wù)器——客戶端"的三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型,明確了數(shù)據(jù)信息采集終端采集數(shù)據(jù)獲取姿態(tài)信息、服務(wù)器接收并轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)姿態(tài)信息和多個客戶端接收并顯示姿態(tài)信息的任務(wù)分配,解耦了數(shù)據(jù)信息采集終端和客戶端,提高了系統(tǒng)的實用性、可擴(kuò)展性。(2)通過觀察分析老年人姿態(tài)特點,實現(xiàn)了一種簡潔靈活的老年人姿態(tài)識別算法,既保證對老人姿態(tài)的準(zhǔn)確識別,同時又兼顧算法復(fù)雜度、設(shè)備耗電量等問題,減少了對設(shè)備資源的需求和依賴。(3)為保證數(shù)據(jù)的實時、可靠傳輸,在分析多種數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方案優(yōu)缺點的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了數(shù)據(jù)鏈路層采用 GPRS(General Packet Radio Service,GPRS)、應(yīng)用層采用MQTT協(xié)議的數(shù)據(jù)交互方案,并進(jìn)行了詳盡的數(shù)據(jù)交互方案設(shè)計,包括MQTT協(xié)議消息主題設(shè)計和通信流程設(shè)計等。另外,還引入了數(shù)據(jù)加密協(xié)議,保證了數(shù)據(jù)交互過程中的安全。(4)結(jié)合姿態(tài)識別算法、數(shù)據(jù)傳輸方案的要求,并綜合考慮系統(tǒng)各方面的需求和系統(tǒng)設(shè)計原則,以系統(tǒng)總體設(shè)計方案中對各功能模塊的劃分為基礎(chǔ),對數(shù)據(jù)信息采集終端和服務(wù)器各功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的設(shè)計與開發(fā),得到了最終的遠(yuǎn)程姿態(tài)識別系統(tǒng)。通過一系列黑盒測試,對系統(tǒng)各部分功能進(jìn)行了細(xì)致的測試,確定其滿足了本文提出的要求,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計的功能。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the development of information technology, IT technology and solutions more and more into the field of health care, and promote the development of medical wisdom. As a branch of medical wisdom, the human body posture recognition system more and more researchers increasingly broad prospects for development. As the human gesture recognition system is developing rapidly, but it still there are some shortcomings. On the one hand, focusing on the posture recognition system of previous studies on gesture recognition algorithm, the system reliability, practicability, scalability lack of attention. On the other hand, the information acquisition terminal processing ability and communication environment also restricts the development and application of.MQTT attitude recognition system (Message Queuing Telemetry Transport MQTT) protocol is a simple, lightweight data transfer protocol, this protocol can ensure the reliability and the degree of guarantee delivery based on minimizing the bandwidth and The equipment resource demand, very suitable for constrained mobile devices and embedded devices, has been widely used in networking products. Based on this, this paper presents the design and implementation of human posture recognition system based on MQTT protocol. First, analyzed the functional requirements of the system, design the overall structure of the system, then according to the system the characteristics and requirements, designed a data exchange scheme, and then realizes the data acquisition terminal and server, and then the system function with the test. The main work of this paper are as follows: (1) based on analyzing the shortcomings of traditional gesture recognition system two layer structure model, proposed the data according to the three layer structure model of information acquisition terminal server - client ", the data acquisition terminal data acquisition server receives and forwards attitude information, attitude information and multiple clients connected Collect and display tasks pose information, decoupling data information acquisition terminal and client, improve the practicality of the system, scalability. (2) through the observation and analysis of the attitude characteristics of the elderly, to achieve a simple and flexible elderly gesture recognition algorithm can ensure accurate identification of the old attitude, at the same time taking into account the complexity of the algorithm, the power consumption of equipment, reduce the equipment resource demand and dependence. (3) to ensure the data real-time, reliable transmission, based on analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of various data transmission scheme, the data link layer using GPRS (General Packet Radio Service, GPRS), data exchange program the MQTT protocol is used in the application layer, and designed a data exchange scheme in detail, including the MQTT protocol message topic design and communication process design. In addition, also introduces the data encryption protocol, ensure data interaction In the process of safety. (4) combined with gesture recognition algorithm, data transmission scheme, and considering the design requirements and the system principle of the system, the overall design of the system in the division of each function module is based on data acquisition terminal and server of each function module is designed and developed in detail the remote, posture recognition system. Finally through a series of black box testing, functional parts of the system carried out a detailed test, determined to meet the requirements, realize the function of system design.
