【摘要】：針對(duì)目前微層裂物質(zhì)診斷技術(shù)的不足,設(shè)計(jì)了一種小型化動(dòng)量探針。在傳統(tǒng)動(dòng)量傳感器的基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)傳感界面和保護(hù)膜的測(cè)試結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并結(jié)合數(shù)值模擬和聯(lián)合實(shí)驗(yàn)診斷技術(shù)對(duì)小型化動(dòng)量探針的測(cè)速結(jié)果數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行解讀。研究結(jié)果表明:改進(jìn)后的動(dòng)量探針可獲取持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的高質(zhì)量信號(hào),測(cè)試時(shí)長得到延長;小型化導(dǎo)致部分時(shí)段測(cè)速結(jié)果產(chǎn)生偏差,但第1速度峰值時(shí)刻之前的測(cè)速結(jié)果可信度高,可用于定量診斷微層裂物質(zhì)空間密度分布。
[Abstract]:A miniaturized momentum probe was designed to improve the testing structure of the sensing interface and the protective film on the basis of the traditional momentum sensor. Combined with numerical simulation and combined experimental diagnosis technology, the velocity measurement data of miniaturized momentum probe are interpreted. The results show that the improved momentum probe can obtain continuous and stable high quality signal. The test time is prolonged; Miniaturization leads to the deviation of the velocity measurement results in some time periods, but the velocity measurement results before the first peak velocity time are highly reliable and can be used to quantitatively diagnose the spatial density distribution of microspallation materials.
