【摘要】:針對自動腹膜透析治療中透析液的加熱方式復(fù)雜、加熱慢、溫度控制不精確等問題,設(shè)計了一套基于模糊自適應(yīng)PID的自動腹膜透析溫控裝置。該裝置以嵌入式處理器為控制核心,通過溫度傳感器實時監(jiān)測透析液和加熱部件溫度,控制算法盡可能快地將透析液加熱到預(yù)設(shè)溫度并保持穩(wěn)定,同時該設(shè)計具有過熱保護功能。實驗結(jié)果表明:該裝置加熱速度快,誤差波動范圍小,溫度控制精度高。
[Abstract]:In order to solve the problems of complex heating method, slow heating and imprecise temperature control in automatic peritoneal dialysis treatment, etc. A set of automatic peritoneal dialysis temperature control device based on fuzzy adaptive PID is designed. The temperature of dialysate and heating parts is monitored by temperature sensor with embedded processor as the control core. The control algorithm heats the dialysate to the preset temperature as quickly as possible and keeps the stability. At the same time, the design has the function of overheating protection. The experimental results show that the heating speed of the device is fast and the range of error fluctuation is small. High precision of temperature control.
