流體多參數(shù)超聲波測量儀設(shè)計(英文)

針對目前流體測量儀測量參數(shù)單一的問題,提出了一種用超聲波技術(shù)測量流體多參數(shù)的方法。當(dāng)傳播距離不變時,利用超聲波在流體中的傳播速度間接得到流體的體積流量、密度、質(zhì)量流量。由于流體流量、密度等參數(shù)均受溫度影響,故設(shè)計過程中以溫度作為參考信號,為所求參數(shù)就行實時補償。同時,測量儀以FPGA為控制核心,實現(xiàn)高速信號采集與處理,以軟件插補算法實現(xiàn)超聲波傳播時間的精密計算,使測量結(jié)果更加穩(wěn)定可靠。
