基于光梳的腔增強傅里葉變換光譜:在碰撞線形研究中的應用(英文)

本文在近紅外區(qū)域構造了基于光學頻率梳的腔增強傅里葉變換光譜儀,并用于Ar干擾的CO振轉躍遷的譜線研究,高靈敏度的測量波數(shù)從6270 cm-1到6410 cm-1,涵蓋CO第二泛頻帶的P和R分支.該光譜儀提供的高分辨率超過了由干涉圖長度確定的傅立葉變換分辨率極限,成功消除了線型函數(shù)的振鈴和展寬效應.本文可觀察到Voigt線型曲線外的碰撞效應.通過擬合速度依賴的Voigt曲線重新得到碰撞線型曲線參數(shù),并與使用基于光學頻率梳的高精密連續(xù)激光光腔衰蕩光譜測量結果非常吻合.
