【摘要】：在時(shí)間調(diào)制傅里葉變換光譜儀中,直線運(yùn)動(dòng)型動(dòng)鏡很難精確驅(qū)動(dòng),容易引起傾斜和剪切的問題。旋轉(zhuǎn)型動(dòng)鏡可以解決該類問題。介紹了一種轉(zhuǎn)鏡式傅里葉變換光譜儀方案,并對(duì)其進(jìn)行了原理分析和光程差公式推導(dǎo),提出了工程設(shè)計(jì)約束條件。該光譜儀由一個(gè)分束器,兩個(gè)固定平面鏡,兩面平行固定在一個(gè)轉(zhuǎn)軸上旋轉(zhuǎn)的平面反射鏡,前置鏡,后置鏡及探測(cè)器組成。通過原理介紹得出,該光譜儀結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單,兩條分光光線經(jīng)同一平面鏡反射后干涉,使儀器更容易裝調(diào);通過光程差推算得出,該光譜儀容易實(shí)現(xiàn)大光程差,光譜分辨率高;通過工程設(shè)計(jì)約束及仿真分析得出,該光譜儀需要在高速旋轉(zhuǎn)的條件下實(shí)現(xiàn)高分辨率采樣,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)精確運(yùn)動(dòng)控制,穩(wěn)定性好,測(cè)量速度快。
[Abstract]:In the time-modulation Fourier transform spectrometer, the linear moving mirror is difficult to drive accurately, and it is easy to cause the problem of tilt and shear. Rotating mirror can solve this kind of problem. This paper introduces a scheme of rotating mirror Fourier transform spectrometer, analyzes its principle and deduces the formula of optical path difference, and puts forward the constraint conditions of engineering design. The spectrometer consists of a beam splitter, two fixed plane mirrors, two planar mirrors rotated parallel to a rotating axis, a front mirror, a rear mirror and a detector. The principle of the spectrometer is introduced, and the structure of the spectrometer is simple, and the interference of the two splitter rays through the same plane mirror makes the instrument easier to install and adjust, and it is easy to realize the large optical path difference and high spectral resolution by calculating the optical path difference. Through engineering design constraints and simulation analysis, it is concluded that the spectrometer needs to achieve high resolution sampling under the condition of high speed rotation, which is easy to achieve accurate motion control, good stability and fast measurement speed.
