基于風洞裝置校準大口徑氣體流量計的研究

【摘要】:風洞裝置通過控制風機,產(chǎn)生連續(xù)可調(diào)的穩(wěn)定氣流,安裝在校準系統(tǒng)不同位置的各類變送器準確測得與流量相關的各種物性參數(shù),如溫度、差壓、絕壓等,經(jīng)過軟件中的算法修正之后,計算得出精確的氣體流量,以此流量作為標準流量,可實現(xiàn)對氣體流量計的校準。本文以安徽省計量院的DHS-600×600/1050×1050-Ⅲ型環(huán)形低速風洞裝置為研究對象,分析風洞結(jié)構(gòu)設計和流場特性,通過計算流體力學(CFD)軟件模擬風洞流場,結(jié)合實際測量風洞流場品質(zhì)參數(shù),綜合分析該型風洞裝置用于校準氣體流量計的可行性,最后通過對比試驗驗證風洞校準流量計的可靠性。為此,本文主要完成了以下幾方面的工作:1.利用計算流體力學方法(CFD),對所研究風洞的結(jié)構(gòu)和流場進行了仿真模擬,驗證了該型風洞裝置結(jié)構(gòu)和流場的相關特性,基本符合作為檢驗氣體流量計的標準裝置。2.風洞主要流場品質(zhì)的實驗測量。風洞裝置在安裝、調(diào)適之后,必須要對風洞的各項流場品質(zhì)進行檢測,本文對風洞的幾個主要流場品質(zhì)參數(shù)進行實驗測量,包括風洞軸向靜壓梯度、紊流度、風洞能量比、最大風速、最小穩(wěn)定風速及速壓穩(wěn)定性,通過實驗數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理,驗證風洞安裝、調(diào)適后的性能特征符合設計要求。3.大口徑氣體流量計標定驗證研究。用風洞裝置和氣體流量標準裝置的對比試驗,從而得到風洞裝置的修正系數(shù),通過對不同口徑不同類型流量計驗證實驗,驗證風洞裝置的可靠性。對風洞用于大口徑氣體流量校準的問題進行了試驗分析,探討了風洞裝置的準確度等級和不確定度問題。4.對風洞裝置校準氣體流量計的誤差進行研究。分析誤差的來源,并提出修正方法。
