基于風(fēng)洞裝置校準(zhǔn)大口徑氣體流量計(jì)的研究

【摘要】:風(fēng)洞裝置通過控制風(fēng)機(jī),產(chǎn)生連續(xù)可調(diào)的穩(wěn)定氣流,安裝在校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)不同位置的各類變送器準(zhǔn)確測(cè)得與流量相關(guān)的各種物性參數(shù),如溫度、差壓、絕壓等,經(jīng)過軟件中的算法修正之后,計(jì)算得出精確的氣體流量,以此流量作為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)流量,可實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)氣體流量計(jì)的校準(zhǔn)。本文以安徽省計(jì)量院的DHS-600×600/1050×1050-Ⅲ型環(huán)形低速風(fēng)洞裝置為研究對(duì)象,分析風(fēng)洞結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)和流場(chǎng)特性,通過計(jì)算流體力學(xué)(CFD)軟件模擬風(fēng)洞流場(chǎng),結(jié)合實(shí)際測(cè)量風(fēng)洞流場(chǎng)品質(zhì)參數(shù),綜合分析該型風(fēng)洞裝置用于校準(zhǔn)氣體流量計(jì)的可行性,最后通過對(duì)比試驗(yàn)驗(yàn)證風(fēng)洞校準(zhǔn)流量計(jì)的可靠性。為此,本文主要完成了以下幾方面的工作:1.利用計(jì)算流體力學(xué)方法(CFD),對(duì)所研究風(fēng)洞的結(jié)構(gòu)和流場(chǎng)進(jìn)行了仿真模擬,驗(yàn)證了該型風(fēng)洞裝置結(jié)構(gòu)和流場(chǎng)的相關(guān)特性,基本符合作為檢驗(yàn)氣體流量計(jì)的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置。2.風(fēng)洞主要流場(chǎng)品質(zhì)的實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量。風(fēng)洞裝置在安裝、調(diào)適之后,必須要對(duì)風(fēng)洞的各項(xiàng)流場(chǎng)品質(zhì)進(jìn)行檢測(cè),本文對(duì)風(fēng)洞的幾個(gè)主要流場(chǎng)品質(zhì)參數(shù)進(jìn)行實(shí)驗(yàn)測(cè)量,包括風(fēng)洞軸向靜壓梯度、紊流度、風(fēng)洞能量比、最大風(fēng)速、最小穩(wěn)定風(fēng)速及速壓穩(wěn)定性,通過實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)的分析處理,驗(yàn)證風(fēng)洞安裝、調(diào)適后的性能特征符合設(shè)計(jì)要求。3.大口徑氣體流量計(jì)標(biāo)定驗(yàn)證研究。用風(fēng)洞裝置和氣體流量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的對(duì)比試驗(yàn),從而得到風(fēng)洞裝置的修正系數(shù),通過對(duì)不同口徑不同類型流量計(jì)驗(yàn)證實(shí)驗(yàn),驗(yàn)證風(fēng)洞裝置的可靠性。對(duì)風(fēng)洞用于大口徑氣體流量校準(zhǔn)的問題進(jìn)行了試驗(yàn)分析,探討了風(fēng)洞裝置的準(zhǔn)確度等級(jí)和不確定度問題。4.對(duì)風(fēng)洞裝置校準(zhǔn)氣體流量計(jì)的誤差進(jìn)行研究。分析誤差的來源,并提出修正方法。
