基于WSN的指紋識別就診服務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計

【摘要】:就診服務(wù)質(zhì)量的高低是病人獲得滿意、獲得優(yōu)質(zhì)服務(wù)的重要指標(biāo)。然而,病人到醫(yī)院就診存在著很多問題。首先“黃牛倒號”的現(xiàn)象十分嚴(yán)重,導(dǎo)致病人一號難求。而且病人在擇醫(yī)時存在很大的盲目性,掛錯號、選錯科室的情況時有存在。病人“常排隊、排隊長”的現(xiàn)象得不到改善,大部分時間用在排隊上,就診時間卻很短。針對上述情況,為了有效解決病人在就診過程中存在的問題,本課題設(shè)計了一種基于無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)技術(shù)和指紋識別技術(shù)的就診服務(wù)系統(tǒng)。就診服務(wù)系統(tǒng)設(shè)計主要分為三個部分:底層ZigBee無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)、GSM發(fā)送提醒短信模塊與基于MVC模式的B/S架構(gòu)的上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)。底層ZigBee無線傳感網(wǎng)絡(luò)主要由ZigBee技術(shù)與指紋識別技術(shù)設(shè)計實現(xiàn),基于指紋的唯一性、不可復(fù)制性,通過指紋識別就診節(jié)點驗證病人身份實現(xiàn)了避免“黃牛倒號”的現(xiàn)象,同時利用ZigBee技術(shù)的可移動性與無線性,設(shè)計了移動的指紋識別掛號節(jié)點方便行動不便的病人掛號,而且護(hù)士手持移動的掛號節(jié)點方便病人不需到窗口排隊掛號;無線通信模塊TC35通過GSM網(wǎng)絡(luò)發(fā)送提醒短信通知馬上就診的病人,以免錯過治療;上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)功能主要包括病人身份驗證、醫(yī)療評價、優(yōu)化排隊等模塊,實現(xiàn)了醫(yī)生對病人身份識別、病人評價醫(yī)生與醫(yī)院管理員建立排隊論模型并對排隊長現(xiàn)象進(jìn)行優(yōu)化等功能。本文設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了基于WSN的指紋識別就診服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的下位機(jī)軟硬件設(shè)計與上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計。系統(tǒng)以CC2530芯片為核心模塊設(shè)計了指紋識別就診節(jié)點、指紋識別掛號節(jié)點、路由節(jié)點與協(xié)調(diào)器;在Windows操作系統(tǒng)下,結(jié)合數(shù)據(jù)庫SQLServer2005、Web服務(wù)器Tomcat以及開發(fā)框架Spring、Struts2 和 Hibernate3設(shè)計實現(xiàn)了基于MVC模式的B/S架構(gòu)的就診服務(wù)上位機(jī)系統(tǒng),同時在上位機(jī)優(yōu)化排隊模塊采用Matlab Builder JA技術(shù)針對病人排隊長現(xiàn)象建立了排隊論M/M/C模型并對其進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,仿真并分析了隨著配置醫(yī)生人數(shù)的不同病人排隊等待時間的長短變化,并且以醫(yī)院服務(wù)費(fèi)用和病人等待損失費(fèi)用的總費(fèi)用為優(yōu)化排隊模型的數(shù)量指標(biāo)來配置合適數(shù)目的醫(yī)生;最后對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行聯(lián)合調(diào)試,實現(xiàn)了避免“黃牛倒號”現(xiàn)象、指導(dǎo)病人科學(xué)就醫(yī)與有效地減少病人排隊時間等功能。
[Abstract]:The quality of medical service is an important index for patients to obtain satisfactory and high-quality service. However, there are many problems with patients coming to the hospital. First of all, the phenomenon of "cattle inverted sign" is very serious, resulting in patient No. 1 difficult to obtain. Moreover, patients have great blindness in the selection of medical treatment, the wrong number, the situation of selecting the wrong department from time to time. Patients "often queue, platoon captain" phenomenon has not been improved, most of the time spent on the queue, but very short visit time. In order to solve the problems existing in the process of seeing a doctor effectively, a medical service system based on wireless sensor network technology and fingerprint identification technology is designed in this paper. The design of the consultation service system is divided into three parts: the bottom ZigBee wireless sensor network, the GSM sending alert message module and the host computer system based on the MVC mode Bass architecture. The underlying ZigBee wireless sensor network is mainly designed and implemented by ZigBee technology and fingerprint identification technology. Based on the uniqueness and non-replicability of fingerprint, the identification of patient is verified by fingerprint identification node, and the phenomenon of "cattle inverted sign" is avoided. At the same time, using the mobility and non-linearity of ZigBee technology, the mobile fingerprint identification registration node is designed to facilitate the mobile patient registration, and the nurse hand-held mobile registration node is convenient for the patient to queue up to the window. The wireless communication module TC35 sends reminding message through the GSM network to inform the patients who are visiting immediately so as not to miss the treatment. The main functions of the upper computer system include the identification of patients, medical evaluation, optimization of queuing and other modules to realize the identification of doctors to patients. Patients evaluate doctors and hospital administrators to establish queuing theory model and optimize platoon captains. In this paper, the software and hardware design of the fingerprint identification service system based on WSN and the software design of the upper computer system are designed and implemented. The system uses CC2530 chip as the core module to design fingerprint identification node, fingerprint identification registration node, routing node and coordinator. Under the Windows operating system, combined with the database SQLServer2005,Web server Tomcat and the development framework Spring,Struts2 and Hibernate3, a doctor service host system based on MVC mode is designed and implemented. At the same time, the queuing theory M/C model is established and optimized in the upper computer optimization queue module by using Matlab Builder JA technology to solve the problem of patient queue length. In this paper, we simulate and analyze the change of waiting time of patients with different number of doctors, and use the cost of hospital service and the total cost of patient waiting loss as the quantity index of the optimized queuing model to configure the appropriate number of doctors. Finally, the joint debugging of the system is carried out to avoid the phenomenon of "cattle inverted sign", to guide patients to seek medical treatment scientifically and to effectively reduce patient queue time and so on.
