隱形牙齒矯治器的有限元分析及優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)

【摘要】:為了能夠更加合理有效地應(yīng)用隱形牙齒矯治器,控制其產(chǎn)生矯治力的大小和作用區(qū)域,防止因其變形導(dǎo)致矯治力作用在不需要移動(dòng)的牙齒上,采用有限元法對(duì)其進(jìn)行變形分析和優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì):提出了一種建立不等厚覆蓋全牙列隱形矯治器三維有限元模型的新方法,完成邊界條件的確定,并制定了隱形矯治器優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)的流程。以中切牙傾斜移動(dòng)為例,對(duì)相應(yīng)的矯治器進(jìn)行了具體分析和優(yōu)化,使其達(dá)到更好的矯治效果。
[Abstract]:In order to be able to apply the invisible tooth appliance more reasonably and effectively, to control the size and area of the orthodontic force, and to prevent the orthodontic force from acting on the tooth that does not need to be moved because of its deformation, The finite element method is used to analyze the deformation and optimize the design. A new finite element method is proposed to establish the three-dimensional finite element model of the full dentition stealthy orthodontic appliance with unequal thickness, and the boundary conditions are determined. The flow chart of the optimal design of the invisible appliance is also worked out. Taking the oblique movement of the central incisor as an example, the corresponding appliance was analyzed and optimized in order to achieve a better effect.
