基于一種遠(yuǎn)程雙脈沖激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜系統(tǒng)原位分析鋼樣成分

【摘要】:為了實現(xiàn)鋼鐵等金屬熔煉過程中實時、在線監(jiān)測元素組分含量,設(shè)計了一種遠(yuǎn)程雙脈沖激光誘導(dǎo)擊穿光譜(LIBS)分析系統(tǒng),對遠(yuǎn)距離的樣品進(jìn)行非接觸式遠(yuǎn)程測量、成分分析。首先利用固體標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鋼樣對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了測試以及標(biāo)定,為下一步利用此系統(tǒng)在線監(jiān)測熔融鋼液組分含量提供了基礎(chǔ)。實驗結(jié)果表明:激光遠(yuǎn)距離聚焦光斑在1 mm左右;雙脈沖燒蝕比單脈沖燒蝕深度深很多;雙脈沖最佳延時在不同距離下不一致;3.1 m處雙脈沖增強(qiáng)效果比2.1 m處更好,其中Ti(Ⅰ)319.99 nrn增強(qiáng)最顯著為5.19倍;各種元素的標(biāo)定曲線相關(guān)系數(shù)r都在0.99左右,重復(fù)精度(RSD)基本都小于5%,測量偏差(RMSE)都小于0.021%,2.1m處的檢出限相比3.1 m處更低,2.1 m處多數(shù)元素檢出限小于500 ppm。
