基于磁懸浮密度計的高精度流體PVT測量系統(tǒng)

【摘要】:建立了一套基于磁懸浮密度計的流體PVT測量系統(tǒng),其溫度測量范圍203.15~423.15 K,標準不確定度為0.005 K,壓力測量范圍0~7 MPa,標準不確定度為700 Pa.通過對恒溫系統(tǒng)的改進,縮短了實驗本體達到熱平衡的時間,提高了溫度穩(wěn)定性.利用該系統(tǒng)對高純氮氣在271~345 K,0~6 MPa范圍內(nèi)進行了密度測量,實驗結(jié)果與NIST REFPROP9.0數(shù)據(jù)相比偏差在0.1%以內(nèi),并對由于擬合維里方程的不確定度、溫度測量和壓力測量不確定度引起的密度結(jié)果的不確定進行了分析.
[Abstract]:A fluid PVT measurement system based on maglev densitometer has been established. The temperature measurement range is 203.15423.15K, the standard uncertainty is 0.005 K, the pressure measurement range is 0 ~ 7 MPa, and the standard uncertainty is 700Pa. Through the improvement of the constant temperature system, the time to achieve the thermal equilibrium of the experimental body is shortened and the temperature stability is improved. The density of high purity nitrogen was measured in the range of 271 ~ 345KN ~ 0 ~ 6 MPa by using this system. The experimental results were less than 0.1% compared with the NIST REFPROP9.0 data, and the uncertainty of fitting the virial equation was analyzed. The uncertainty of the density result caused by the uncertainty of temperature measurement and pressure measurement is analyzed.
