天津忠旺鋁業(yè)公司預拉伸機試車成功

【摘要】：正天津忠旺鋁業(yè)公司的100 MN厚板預拉伸機于2015年12月中旬一次試車成功,是從德國西馬克集團梅爾公司(SMS Meer)引進的,最大拉伸力100 MN,拉伸率0.1%~4.0%,可拉伸鋁合金板厚度6 mm~260 mm,可拉伸板材最小寬度1 000 mm,可拉伸板材最大寬度4 300 mm。
[Abstract]:The 100mn thick plate pre-stretching machine of Zhongwang Aluminium Co., Ltd. in Tianjin was successfully tested in mid-December 2015. It was imported from the (SMS Meer) of Merle Company of the West Mark Group of Germany. The maximum tensile force is 100mn, the tensile ratio is 0.1%, the thickness of the aluminum alloy sheet is 6 mm~260 mm, the minimum width is 1 000 mm and the maximum width is 4 300 mm.
