紅外透射式塑料薄膜測(cè)厚儀研究

【摘要】:現(xiàn)在塑料薄膜在日常生活和工業(yè)生產(chǎn)上得到越來越多的廣泛應(yīng)用,市場(chǎng)對(duì)塑料薄膜產(chǎn)品的需求日益增大,薄膜厚度控制也愈加嚴(yán)格?墒,現(xiàn)在采用的傳統(tǒng)人工機(jī)械式測(cè)量效率太低,因?yàn)槿斯y(cè)量,是斷續(xù)式,不能實(shí)時(shí)得到薄膜的厚度,薄膜質(zhì)量控制存在滯后。為了滿足薄膜品質(zhì)控制的要求,高效、高精度、實(shí)時(shí)性的薄膜厚度測(cè)量是必要的。有鑒于此本課題開展了采用紅外光線進(jìn)行塑料薄膜測(cè)厚在線測(cè)量?jī)x的研究工作。本課題首先采用紅外線測(cè)量塑料薄膜的應(yīng)用背景,對(duì)紅外線、塑料薄膜生產(chǎn)過程進(jìn)行了研究,紅外線測(cè)量塑料薄膜度的原理,塑料薄膜測(cè)厚儀的系統(tǒng)整體設(shè)計(jì)。本文詳細(xì)論述了塑料薄膜測(cè)厚儀的硬件系統(tǒng)部分的設(shè)計(jì),包括紅外驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的設(shè)計(jì)、信號(hào)處理電路的設(shè)計(jì)。紅外驅(qū)動(dòng)電路從信號(hào)發(fā)送,信號(hào)放大到恒流輸出,各個(gè)元件選擇都進(jìn)行了介紹。信號(hào)處理電路從信號(hào)的流向,依次介紹了光敏元件選擇、光敏電路設(shè)計(jì),模擬濾波器元件選擇和電路設(shè)計(jì),信號(hào)放大和增強(qiáng)電路的設(shè)計(jì)思路和設(shè)計(jì)原理,A/D采樣電A/D芯片的選型及應(yīng)用電路的設(shè)計(jì),TMS320F2812主控芯片核心電路設(shè)計(jì)。詳細(xì)介紹了薄膜測(cè)量系統(tǒng)的控制器的程序設(shè)計(jì),從紅外驅(qū)動(dòng)電路的程序算法,到DSP信號(hào)處理電路的初始化、主程序、數(shù)據(jù)處理程序、觸摸屏程序。最后對(duì)總結(jié)并分析了系統(tǒng)實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)測(cè)量誤差及其來源進(jìn)行了解析。本文設(shè)計(jì)并調(diào)試完成了一個(gè)采用激光基于DSP的嵌入式塑料薄膜厚度測(cè)量?jī)x樣機(jī),它集成了薄膜厚度實(shí)時(shí)在線測(cè)量、友好的人機(jī)交互界面、良好的穩(wěn)定性等功能。實(shí)際多次測(cè)試實(shí)驗(yàn)證明,該系統(tǒng)可以實(shí)現(xiàn)非接觸測(cè)量,減小人為測(cè)量誤差,提高測(cè)量精度,實(shí)時(shí)顯示測(cè)量數(shù)值,提高薄膜測(cè)量的效率和質(zhì)量。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, plastic film is more and more widely used in daily life and industrial production. The market demand for plastic film products is increasing day by day, and the film thickness control is becoming more and more strict. However, the efficiency of traditional manual mechanical measurement is too low, because manual measurement is intermittent, the thickness of film can not be obtained in real time, and the film quality control is lagging behind. In order to meet the requirements of film quality control, it is necessary to measure the film thickness with high efficiency, high precision and real time. In view of this, the research work of measuring the thickness of plastic film by infrared ray is carried out. In this paper, the application background of infrared measurement of plastic film is adopted, the production process of infrared and plastic film is studied, the principle of infrared measurement of plastic film degree and the whole system design of plastic film thickness gauge are designed. In this paper, the design of the hardware system of the plastic film thickness gauge is discussed in detail, including the design of the infrared driving circuit and the design of the signal processing circuit. Infrared drive circuit from signal transmission, signal amplification to constant current output, each component selection are introduced. Signal processing circuit from the direction of the signal, in turn introduced the Guang Min element selection, Guang Min circuit design, analog filter element selection and circuit design, Design idea and Design principle of signal Amplifier and Enhancement Circuit the selection and application circuit design of A / D sampling electrical AP-D chip and the design of the core circuit of TMS320F2812 main control chip. The program design of the controller of thin film measurement system is introduced in detail, from the program algorithm of infrared drive circuit to the initialization of DSP signal processing circuit, main program, data processing program and touch screen program. Finally, the system experimental data, system measurement error and its source are analyzed. In this paper, we design and debug a prototype of the embedded plastic film thickness measuring instrument based on DSP, which integrates the functions of real-time and on-line measurement of film thickness, friendly man-machine interface, good stability and so on. The experimental results show that the system can realize non-contact measurement, reduce the error of artificial measurement, improve the accuracy of measurement, display the measurement value in real time, and improve the efficiency and quality of thin film measurement.
