盒式六分量應(yīng)變天平熱態(tài)試驗(yàn)氣動結(jié)構(gòu)特性

【摘要】:為了探索盒式六分量應(yīng)變天平熱態(tài)試驗(yàn)時三維力傳感器輸出信號異常的現(xiàn)象,從四分量機(jī)械單臺式天平與盒式六分量應(yīng)變天平的氣動布局、主體結(jié)構(gòu)及熱態(tài)試驗(yàn)方面展開了對比分析,受結(jié)構(gòu)及安裝制約,盒式六分量應(yīng)變天平無法消除或補(bǔ)償高溫?zé)崃髟诜(wěn)定段上產(chǎn)生的熱應(yīng)力.為保留噴管模型試驗(yàn)器最具特色的高溫試驗(yàn)功能,利用對稱布置方案,調(diào)換燃油加溫器至穩(wěn)定段出口.熱態(tài)試驗(yàn)證明:在增強(qiáng)天平的平衡性、減少天平機(jī)械連接、簡化燃油加溫器安裝和調(diào)試的情況下,天平的推力測量值從異常的負(fù)值恢復(fù)正常,解決天平輸出信號異常問題,滿足天平熱態(tài)試驗(yàn)性能要求.
[Abstract]:In order to explore the abnormal phenomenon of output signal of three dimensional force sensor in hot state test of box-type six-component strain balance, the aerodynamic layout of four-component mechanical single table balance and box-type six-component strain balance was studied. The main structure and thermal test are compared and analyzed. Due to the structure and installation constraints, the box-type six-component strain balance can not eliminate or compensate the thermal stress generated by the high temperature heat flux in the stable section. In order to retain the most characteristic high temperature test function of the nozzle model tester, a symmetrical arrangement was used to replace the fuel heater to the outlet of the stable section. The hot state test proves that under the condition of enhancing balance of balance, reducing mechanical connection of balance, simplifying installation and debugging of fuel heater, the thrust measurement value of balance returns to normal from abnormal negative value, and the abnormal output signal of balance is solved. Meet the balance hot state test performance requirements.
