POCT型全自動生化分析儀集成光電檢測模組及系統(tǒng)軟件的開發(fā)

【摘要】:基于自動生化分析技術(shù)的全自動生化分析儀是目前臨床上應(yīng)用最為廣泛的一種體外診斷定量分析儀,通過對人體體液的檢驗,可對各項生化指標(biāo)進(jìn)行測定、分析,如免疫球蛋白、膽紅素、血脂、血糖等。但目前市面上的全自動生化分析儀多為大型儀器、三級軟件通信架構(gòu),且需配合PC機(jī)使用,體積大、操作繁瑣。因此,本課題基于分光光度法測量原理,采用二級通信架構(gòu),開發(fā)一套POCT化、準(zhǔn)確、穩(wěn)定、并且適用于全自動生化分析儀的集成光電檢測模組及系統(tǒng)軟件。通過對全自動生化分析儀的測量原理分析,調(diào)研生化分析常用方法,提出集成光電檢測模組與系統(tǒng)軟件的設(shè)計需求,完成POCT型全自動生化分析儀的概要設(shè)計。根據(jù)設(shè)計需求完成基于Optical Engines的集成光電檢測模組的硬件設(shè)計、多通道光信號采集模塊設(shè)計、模組固定設(shè)計;并以Visual C++和ADS作為調(diào)試環(huán)境,按照系統(tǒng)軟件的功能,完成人機(jī)交互模塊軟件設(shè)計、主控系統(tǒng)軟件設(shè)計、下位機(jī)軟件設(shè)計。研究后期,將本課題設(shè)計的集成光電檢測模組與系統(tǒng)軟件應(yīng)用在第二方設(shè)計的全自動生化分析儀硬件系統(tǒng),通過對集成光電檢測模組的雜散光、吸光度穩(wěn)定性、重復(fù)性,以及整機(jī)相關(guān)性能等指標(biāo)進(jìn)行實驗測試,實驗結(jié)果表明本課題設(shè)計的集成光電檢測模組及系統(tǒng)軟件的各有關(guān)性能指標(biāo)滿足《YY/T0654-2008中華人民共和國醫(yī)藥行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)-全自動生化分析儀》,符合國家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及設(shè)計需求。
[Abstract]:The automatic biochemical analyzer based on automatic biochemical analysis technology is one of the most widely used in vitro diagnostic quantitative analyzer in clinic at present. Through the examination of human body fluid, the biochemical indexes can be measured and analyzed. Such as immunoglobulin, bilirubin, blood lipid, blood sugar and so on. But at present, most of the automatic biochemical analyzer on the market are large-scale instruments, three-level software communication architecture, and need to be used with PC, large volume, cumbersome operation. Therefore, based on the principle of spectrophotometric measurement, a set of integrated optoelectronic detection modules and system software for automatic biochemical analyzer is developed by using a two-level communication structure, which is accurate, stable and suitable for automatic biochemistry analyzer. By analyzing the measuring principle of automatic biochemical analyzer and investigating the common methods of biochemical analysis, this paper puts forward the design requirements of integrated photoelectric detection module and system software, and completes the outline design of POCT automatic biochemical analyzer. According to the design requirements, the hardware design of the integrated photoelectric detection module based on optical engines, the design of the multi-channel optical signal acquisition module, the fixed module design, the debugging environment of Visual C and ads, and the function of the system software are completed. Complete the design of man-machine interaction module software, master control system software design, lower computer software design. In the later stage of the research, the integrated photoelectric detection module and the system software designed by this subject were applied to the hardware system of the automatic biochemical analyzer designed by the second party. Through the stray light, absorbance stability and repeatability of the integrated photoelectric detection module, As well as the related performance of the whole machine to carry on the experimental test, The experimental results show that the performance indexes of the integrated photoelectric detection module and the system software designed in this paper meet the < YY / T0654-2008 standard of the pharmaceutical industry of the people's Republic of China-automatic biochemistry analyzer, and meet the national standards and design requirements.
