滑油泵試驗器流量修正參數(shù)確定方法研究

【摘要】:為提高低壓大流量滑油泵試驗器流量計量的準確性,針對計量過程中流量影響因素恒定控制難的問題,分析了流量計量過程的特性,確定了影響流量計量精度的主要因素:滑油泵出口壓力、滑油溫度和滑油泵轉(zhuǎn)速~([1])。為消除這三種因素對計量的影響,提出了帶回歸系數(shù)的流量補償方法。為確定回歸參數(shù),采用多元線性回歸算法~([2]),建立多元線性回歸模型,并結合大量的實驗數(shù)據(jù),利用Madab對回歸模型求解,最終求得流量回歸系數(shù)并應用到控制系統(tǒng)中。實踐證明,該方法提高了試驗器的計量精度,減少了實驗次數(shù),對兩種標準泵計量20余次,計量誤差均在±0.3 L之Qg,滿足使用條件。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the accuracy of the flow meter of the low pressure and large flow oil pump tester, the characteristics of the flow measurement process are analyzed in view of the difficulty of constant control of the flow influencing factors in the metering process. The main factors influencing the accuracy of flow measurement are determined as follows: the outlet pressure, the oil temperature and the rotational speed of the lubricating oil pump ([1]). In order to eliminate the influence of these three factors on measurement, a flow compensation method with regression coefficient is proposed. In order to determine the regression parameters, a multivariate linear regression model was established by using the multivariate linear regression algorithm ([2]), and a large number of experimental data were used to solve the regression model using Madab. Finally, the flow regression coefficient was obtained and applied to the control system. It is proved by practice that this method can improve the measuring accuracy of the tester and reduce the number of experiments. For the two kinds of standard pumps, the metering errors are all 鹵0.3 L Qg, which meets the application conditions.
