光纖光柵傳感器在500m口徑球面射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡工程索網(wǎng)施工階段的應(yīng)用

【摘要】:500m口徑球面射電望遠(yuǎn)鏡(FAST)的主動(dòng)反射面系統(tǒng)由圈梁、反射面單元、主索網(wǎng)及下拉索、促動(dòng)器和地錨等組成,工程索網(wǎng)施工階段會(huì)對(duì)支撐索網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)的圈梁及格構(gòu)柱結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)生復(fù)雜多變的應(yīng)力影響。為實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)圈梁及格構(gòu)柱結(jié)構(gòu)精準(zhǔn)的應(yīng)力監(jiān)測(cè),將光纖光柵傳感器應(yīng)用于圈梁及格構(gòu)柱結(jié)構(gòu)的索網(wǎng)施工過程監(jiān)測(cè)中。介紹了傳感器原理、測(cè)點(diǎn)布設(shè)、數(shù)據(jù)采集及數(shù)據(jù)分析方法。根據(jù)FAST索網(wǎng)施工過程監(jiān)測(cè)的特點(diǎn),基于3σ準(zhǔn)則提出了一種新的異常數(shù)據(jù)處理方法,并利用該方法進(jìn)行異常數(shù)據(jù)的分析與剔除。對(duì)實(shí)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行分析,結(jié)果表明,在索網(wǎng)施工過程中圈梁測(cè)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力始終小于安全值201.5MPa,格構(gòu)柱測(cè)點(diǎn)的應(yīng)力也一直處于安全范圍內(nèi),且隨著索網(wǎng)施工的進(jìn)行,其應(yīng)力變化具有一定的規(guī)律性。該光纖光柵傳感器監(jiān)測(cè)方法在FAST索網(wǎng)施工階段得到了良好的應(yīng)用。
[Abstract]:The active reflector system of the 500m spherical radio telescope FAST consists of a ring beam, a reflector element, a main cable net and a pull-down cable, an actuator and a ground anchor, etc. The construction stage of cable net will have complex and changeable stress effect on the structure of pass structure column of ring beam of braced cable net structure. In order to accurately monitor the stress of the pass column structure of the ring beam, the fiber Bragg grating sensor is applied to the monitoring of the cable net construction process of the pass column structure of the ring beam. The principle of sensor, the setting of measuring points, the method of data acquisition and data analysis are introduced. According to the characteristics of FAST cable network construction process monitoring, a new abnormal data processing method based on 3 蟽 criterion is proposed, and the method is used to analyze and eliminate the abnormal data. The analysis of the measured data shows that the stress of the measuring point of the ring beam is always less than the safe value of 201.5MPa during the construction of the cable net, and the stress of the measuring point of the lattice column is always in the safe range, and with the construction of the cable net, The stress changes have certain regularity. The fiber Bragg grating sensor monitoring method has been well applied in the construction phase of FAST cable network.
