【摘要】:武威醫(yī)用重離子加速器是目前世界上最緊湊的重離子加速器治癌裝置,同步環(huán)周長小至56.1 m,其中很多關(guān)鍵元件的安裝定位精度要求達(dá)到亞毫米量級,四極透鏡的定位精度要求0.1 mm。結(jié)合激光跟蹤儀的特點和測量學(xué)知識通過三維控制網(wǎng)及多重坐標(biāo)系的轉(zhuǎn)換,探索了一種在元件自身坐標(biāo)系下調(diào)節(jié)準(zhǔn)直的方法,提高了準(zhǔn)直安裝的工作效率,使得最后所有的元件安裝各向誤差均控制在0.1 mm以內(nèi),其結(jié)果優(yōu)于該裝置的精度要求,使得同步環(huán)在短時間內(nèi)順利調(diào)束成功,從而驗證了同步環(huán)準(zhǔn)直測量的可靠性與準(zhǔn)確性。
[Abstract]:Wuwei Medical heavy Ion Accelerator is the most compact heavy ion accelerator for cancer treatment in the world at present. The circumference of the synchronous ring is as small as 56.1 m.The installation accuracy of many of the key components is in the order of sub-millimeter. The positioning accuracy of quadrupole lens should be 0.1 mm. Based on the characteristics of laser tracker and the knowledge of measurement, a method of adjusting collimation in the coordinate system of elements is explored through the conversion of 3D control network and multi-coordinate system, and the working efficiency of collimating installation is improved. Finally, the errors of all the components are controlled within 0.1 mm, the result is superior to the precision requirement of the device, and the synchronous ring is successfully adjusted in a short time, which verifies the reliability and accuracy of the collimation measurement of the synchronous ring.
