一種光譜分辨率可調(diào)的新型空間調(diào)制傅里葉變換光譜儀

【摘要】:調(diào)整光譜儀的光譜分辨率,可使光譜儀在滿(mǎn)足不同目標(biāo)測(cè)量需求的同時(shí),減少數(shù)據(jù)采集、處理和存儲(chǔ)的時(shí)間,提高儀器的整體性能。為克服傳統(tǒng)傅里葉變換光譜儀的光譜分辨率固定的缺點(diǎn),提出了一種分辨率可調(diào)的空間調(diào)制傅里葉變換光譜儀。介紹了該新型光譜儀及其干涉儀的工作原理,利用光線追跡的方法推導(dǎo)了光程差和橫向剪切量的計(jì)算公式,并分析了新型干涉儀的光程等效模型。在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析了光譜分辨率的調(diào)節(jié)原理。結(jié)果表明,該光譜分辨率可調(diào)的新型空間調(diào)制傅里葉變換光譜儀克服了傳統(tǒng)光譜儀分辨率固定、穩(wěn)定性差等缺點(diǎn),具有分辨率可調(diào)、高穩(wěn)定性、結(jié)構(gòu)靈活和易于裝調(diào)等特點(diǎn)。該研究?jī)?nèi)容為分辨率可調(diào)的干涉光譜儀的設(shè)計(jì)提供了理論基礎(chǔ),擴(kuò)展了傅里葉變換光譜儀的實(shí)用范圍。
[Abstract]:Adjusting the spectral resolution of the spectrometer can make the spectrometer meet the measurement requirements of different targets, at the same time, reduce the time of data acquisition, processing and storage, and improve the overall performance of the instrument. In order to overcome the shortcoming of fixed spectral resolution of traditional Fourier transform spectrometer, a spatially modulated Fourier transform spectrometer with adjustable resolution is proposed. The working principle of the new spectrometer and its interferometer is introduced. The calculation formulas of optical path difference and transverse shear are derived by the method of ray tracing, and the optical path equivalent model of the new type interferometer is analyzed. On this basis, the principle of spectral resolution adjustment is analyzed. The results show that the new spatial modulation Fourier transform spectrometer with adjustable spectral resolution overcomes the shortcomings of fixed resolution and poor stability of the traditional spectrometer, and has the advantages of adjustable resolution, high stability, flexible structure and easy adjustment. The research provides a theoretical basis for the design of a resolution adjustable interferometer and extends the practical scope of the Fourier transform spectrometer.
