【摘要】：目的:為了對腦卒中數(shù)周后痙攣性張力進(jìn)行儀器測量進(jìn)而量化評估上肢痙攣程度,以實(shí)現(xiàn)及時(shí)的針對性臨床干預(yù)。方法:依據(jù)改良Ashworth評分法,本文設(shè)計(jì)了一套偏癱患者手臂靜力力量測量的支架系統(tǒng),采用兩個(gè)三維力傳感器測量患者動(dòng)作過程中的手臂力量,以反映偏癱患者的肌張力狀態(tài),通過測量過程的定量分析,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對偏癱患者上肢的痙攣狀況的量化評估。結(jié)果:上下臂力的實(shí)驗(yàn)數(shù)據(jù)說明患側(cè)左臂試圖單獨(dú)完成肘關(guān)節(jié)彎曲,產(chǎn)生了肩關(guān)節(jié)的協(xié)同運(yùn)動(dòng);健側(cè)右臂在進(jìn)行同樣動(dòng)作時(shí),肘關(guān)節(jié)運(yùn)動(dòng)獨(dú)立性較好。結(jié)論:設(shè)計(jì)的系統(tǒng)與分析方法經(jīng)過了實(shí)驗(yàn)室及臨床患者實(shí)驗(yàn),其結(jié)果驗(yàn)證了測量系統(tǒng)及分析方法的可行性和評價(jià)方式的有效性。本研究為偏癱康復(fù)治療及攣縮量化評估提供了一種新的方法和手段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to measure spasmodic tension after stroke for several weeks and to evaluate the degree of spasticity of upper extremity quantitatively, so as to realize timely clinical intervention. Methods: according to the improved Ashworth scoring method, this paper designed a stenting system for measuring the arm static strength of hemiplegic patients. Two three dimensional force sensors were used to measure the arm strength in the course of the action of the patients, so as to reflect the muscle tension state of the hemiplegic patients. The quantitative evaluation of the spasticity of the upper extremities of hemiplegic patients was realized by quantitative analysis of the measurement process. Results: the experimental data of upper and lower arm force showed that the left arm of the affected side tried to bend the elbow joint alone, which resulted in the synergetic movement of the shoulder joint, while the right arm of the healthy side had better independence of the elbow joint when the same action was carried out. Conclusion: the designed system and analysis method have been tested in laboratory and clinical patients. The results verify the feasibility of the measurement system and the analysis method and the effectiveness of the evaluation method. This study provides a new method and means for rehabilitation treatment of hemiplegia and quantitative evaluation of contracture.
