【摘要】:目前,我國(guó)是世界上第二大能源生產(chǎn)國(guó)和消費(fèi)國(guó),能源結(jié)構(gòu)不合理,煤炭消費(fèi)占比過(guò)大。十二五期間,國(guó)家制定了逐年提高石油天然氣在一次能源消費(fèi)中所占比例的重大方針,帶動(dòng)了包括焊管行業(yè)等諸多行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。API標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)標(biāo)均規(guī)定,每根鋼管必須進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn),并需要保壓一定時(shí)間。其目的是檢驗(yàn)鋼管是否合格,及消除鋼管在焊接過(guò)程中出現(xiàn)的殘余應(yīng)力。殘余應(yīng)力易導(dǎo)致鋼管的疲勞缺陷或應(yīng)力腐蝕,同時(shí)加速冷裂紋的擴(kuò)展,降低材料的低溫韌性,所以進(jìn)行水壓試驗(yàn)是很有必要的。本文以一套3500噸級(jí)水壓機(jī)的油水平衡系統(tǒng)作為研究對(duì)象,首先通過(guò)力學(xué)計(jì)算來(lái)找出軸向密封水壓試驗(yàn)中的失穩(wěn)點(diǎn)及失穩(wěn)原因,根據(jù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定中的最小鋼管確定出鋼管水壓試驗(yàn)中的油水平衡最小壓強(qiáng)差為0.23MPa,施力中心允許偏離量為20mm,并針對(duì)其力學(xué)模型提出了系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)思路。水壓試驗(yàn)是鋼管生產(chǎn)線(xiàn)上精整區(qū)的必備一環(huán),其工作狀態(tài)由主機(jī)的生產(chǎn)速度所決定,按照預(yù)精焊機(jī)組10m/min的遞送速度,每根鋼管生產(chǎn)時(shí)間所需7.5min,所以根據(jù)這一時(shí)間可確定鋼管在油水平衡系統(tǒng)這一工位的總時(shí)間要限制在60s,之后根據(jù)各工序的時(shí)間分配來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)系統(tǒng)。對(duì)于耗時(shí)較長(zhǎng)的充水過(guò)程和打壓過(guò)程,需要在不影響試驗(yàn)曲線(xiàn)穩(wěn)定性的前提下盡量縮短其工作時(shí)間。系統(tǒng)選取工作壓力為12-15MPa,在選型設(shè)計(jì)中,充分考慮到了系統(tǒng)的可靠性和元件的互換性。通過(guò)幾條管線(xiàn)的實(shí)際生產(chǎn),可以看出該水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)完全能夠滿(mǎn)足打壓時(shí)間控制在60s內(nèi)的設(shè)計(jì)要求,且對(duì)于不同規(guī)格的鋼管均能實(shí)現(xiàn)平穩(wěn)快速試壓,與以前的水壓試驗(yàn)系統(tǒng)相比,本套水壓試驗(yàn)機(jī)的試壓曲線(xiàn)更加平穩(wěn),穩(wěn)定性也更強(qiáng)。
[Abstract]:At present, China is the second largest energy producer and consumer in the world. During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the state formulated a major policy of increasing the proportion of oil and natural gas in primary energy consumption year by year, which led to the rapid development of many industries, including the welded pipe industry. API standards and national standards have all been stipulated. Water pressure test must be carried out for each steel pipe, and the pressure must be kept for a certain time. The purpose is to check whether the steel pipe is up to standard and to eliminate the residual stress in the welding process. The residual stress can lead to fatigue defect or stress corrosion of steel tube, and accelerate the expansion of cold crack and reduce the toughness of material at low temperature, so it is necessary to carry out hydraulic test. In this paper, the oil-water balance system of a 3500 ton hydraulic press is taken as the research object. Firstly, the point of instability and the cause of instability in the axial seal hydraulic test are found out by mechanical calculation. According to the minimum steel pipe specified in the standard, the minimum pressure difference of oil-water balance in water pressure test of steel tube is 0.23 MPa, and the allowable deviation of force center is 20 mm. The design idea of the system is put forward for the mechanical model of the steel pipe. Water pressure test is a necessary link in the finishing zone of steel pipe production line. Its working state is determined by the production speed of the main machine, according to the delivery speed of 10m/min of the pre-finishing welder group, The production time of each steel pipe is 7.5 mins, so it can be determined that the total time of the steel pipe in the position of oil-water balance system should be limited to 60 s, and then the system is designed according to the time distribution of each process. It is necessary to shorten the working time without affecting the stability of the test curve for the process of water filling and pressing which takes a long time. The working pressure of the system is 12-15 MPA. The reliability of the system and the interchangeability of the components are fully considered in the selection design. Through the practical production of several pipelines, it can be seen that the water pressure testing machine can completely meet the design requirements of controlling the pressure time within 60 seconds, and can realize stable and rapid pressure test for steel pipes of different specifications, compared with the previous hydraulic pressure test system. The test curve of the hydraulic tester is more stable and stable.
