大口徑鋁合金主反射鏡設(shè)計與分析

【摘要】:針對鋁合金材料,設(shè)計了大口徑紅外相機主反射鏡,反射鏡口徑420mm。以徑厚比、支撐點數(shù)量和輕量化結(jié)構(gòu)形式為輸入點,設(shè)計了一種背部開放式、三角形輕量化結(jié)構(gòu)和背部3點支撐的結(jié)構(gòu)形式。通過有限元分析軟件對反射鏡的動態(tài)剛度及自重和溫度載荷下的面形變化進行了分析。分析結(jié)果表明:反射鏡具有高的動態(tài)剛度,反射鏡自重工況和-40℃均勻溫降下,面形精度RMS分別為30nm和0.2nm,均滿足光學(xué)設(shè)計提出的λ/10(λ=632.8nm)指標(biāo)要求,為大口徑鋁合金反射鏡的設(shè)計提供了理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:For aluminum alloy material, the main mirror of large aperture infrared camera is designed, and the mirror aperture is 420 mm. Taking the ratio of diameter to thickness, the number of supporting points and the light weight structure as input points, an open back structure, a triangle lightweight structure and a back support structure are designed. The dynamic stiffness, weight and temperature load of the mirror are analyzed by finite element analysis software. The analysis results show that the mirror has high dynamic stiffness, the mirror deadweight condition and uniform temperature drop at -40 鈩,
