【摘要】:目前我國的老齡化問題越來越嚴(yán)重,眾多獨(dú)居老人缺乏自我照顧的能力,同時(shí)我國的醫(yī)療保障并不完善,從而催生了針對(duì)老年人智能醫(yī)療產(chǎn)品的發(fā)展,智能體溫計(jì)就是其中之一,與傳統(tǒng)體溫計(jì)相比,智能體溫計(jì)在數(shù)據(jù)獲取和數(shù)據(jù)處理傳輸方面有著明顯優(yōu)勢(shì),它可實(shí)時(shí)動(dòng)態(tài)地檢測(cè)記錄用戶體溫,在體溫變化初期及時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)體溫異常,從而達(dá)到對(duì)用戶的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù)。目前,市場(chǎng)上針對(duì)老年人的智能體溫計(jì)產(chǎn)品很少,雖然不同人群的體溫采集方式大體相同,但針對(duì)不同人群的體溫監(jiān)護(hù)服務(wù)卻有很大不同,且已有的智能體溫計(jì)只能實(shí)現(xiàn)移動(dòng)設(shè)備和體溫采集設(shè)備的交互,無法真正實(shí)現(xiàn)對(duì)用戶的遠(yuǎn)程監(jiān)護(hù),基于此,本論文開展針對(duì)老年人的智能體溫計(jì)系統(tǒng)的研究,具有重要的實(shí)用價(jià)值和應(yīng)用前景。本文設(shè)計(jì)的基于微信公眾平臺(tái)的老人智能體溫計(jì),主要有體溫采集設(shè)備、移動(dòng)設(shè)備、微信公眾平臺(tái)和后臺(tái)服務(wù)器四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)組成,這四個(gè)子系統(tǒng)之間分別用藍(lán)牙無線通信和移動(dòng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)連接,實(shí)現(xiàn)數(shù)據(jù)和信息在各個(gè)子系統(tǒng)中的傳輸,從而達(dá)到遠(yuǎn)程醫(yī)療的目的。本文主要針對(duì)體溫采集設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)和微信公眾平臺(tái)的實(shí)現(xiàn)做了分析和說明。體溫采集設(shè)備應(yīng)用了嵌入式技術(shù),根據(jù)產(chǎn)品系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)目標(biāo),將體溫采集設(shè)備分為數(shù)據(jù)采集、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、液晶顯示和藍(lán)牙傳輸?shù)葞讉(gè)模塊。論文分析對(duì)比了對(duì)各子系統(tǒng)所需的硬件性能指標(biāo),擇優(yōu)選擇了其微處理器、溫度傳感器、存儲(chǔ)芯片和顯示單元。體溫采集設(shè)備以nRF51822作為設(shè)備的主控芯片,針對(duì)每個(gè)模塊的功能,綜合設(shè)計(jì)和開發(fā)了各模塊的硬件電路和驅(qū)動(dòng)程序,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)用戶的體溫測(cè)量、數(shù)據(jù)保存、與微信公眾平臺(tái)的交互和其他輔助功能等。微信公眾平臺(tái)是本智能體溫計(jì)功能實(shí)現(xiàn)的核心,本文以微信公眾平臺(tái)為體溫計(jì)與用戶交互的平臺(tái)取代一般智能體溫計(jì)產(chǎn)品的APP,微信擁有眾多的用戶,方便了廠商迅速推廣自己的設(shè)備,以微信公眾平臺(tái)為客戶端也方便了用戶,提高了用戶的使用體驗(yàn)。本文設(shè)計(jì)的智能體溫計(jì)根據(jù)微信官方的開發(fā)流程,申請(qǐng)和驗(yàn)證了公眾號(hào),然后通過調(diào)用微信開發(fā)者中心的接口和配置后臺(tái)服務(wù)器實(shí)現(xiàn)了公眾號(hào)與體溫采集設(shè)備的交互、遠(yuǎn)程診斷和遠(yuǎn)程提醒等功能。本論文設(shè)計(jì)開發(fā)的智能體溫計(jì),可實(shí)現(xiàn)老人體溫的快速測(cè)量、數(shù)據(jù)存儲(chǔ)、實(shí)時(shí)數(shù)據(jù)傳輸、后臺(tái)遠(yuǎn)程診斷、遠(yuǎn)程健康提醒等功能,一方面可有效幫助老人及時(shí)準(zhǔn)確地了解其生理情況,也為子女提供了更為便捷的監(jiān)護(hù)手段,使得老年人的日常生活得到必要的安全保障。
[Abstract]:At present, the aging problem in our country is becoming more and more serious. Many elderly people living alone lack the ability to take care of themselves. At the same time, the medical security in our country is not perfect, which leads to the development of intelligent medical products for the elderly. The intelligent thermometer is one of them. Compared with the traditional thermometer, the intelligent thermometer has obvious advantages in data acquisition and data processing and transmission. It can dynamically detect and record the temperature of the user in real time. At the beginning of body temperature change, the abnormal temperature can be detected in time, thus the remote monitoring of the user can be achieved. At present, there are very few intelligent thermometers for the elderly in the market. Although different people have the same way of collecting body temperature, the temperature monitoring services for different people are very different. And the existing intelligent thermometers can only realize the interaction between mobile devices and temperature collection devices, and can not truly realize the remote monitoring of users. Based on this, this paper carries out the research of the intelligent thermometer system for the elderly. It has important practical value and application prospect. This paper designs an intelligent thermometer for the elderly based on WeChat public platform, which consists of four subsystems: temperature collection device, mobile device, WeChat public platform and background server. The four subsystems use Bluetooth wireless communication and mobile network connection respectively to realize the transmission of data and information in each subsystem so as to achieve the purpose of telemedicine. In this paper, the design of temperature collection equipment and the implementation of WeChat public platform are analyzed and explained. According to the design goal of the product system, the temperature acquisition device is divided into several modules, such as data acquisition, data storage, liquid crystal display and Bluetooth transmission. This paper analyzes and compares the hardware performance index of each subsystem, and selects its microprocessor, temperature sensor, memory chip and display unit. The temperature acquisition equipment takes nRF51822 as the main control chip of the device. According to the function of each module, the hardware circuit and driver of each module are designed and developed synthetically. The temperature measurement and data saving of the user are realized. Interaction with WeChat public platform and other auxiliary functions. WeChat public platform is the core of the function realization of the intelligent thermometer. In this paper, the WeChat public platform is used as the platform to interact with users to replace the APP of the general intelligent thermometer product. WeChat has a large number of users. It is convenient for the manufacturer to promote their own equipment quickly, and to the WeChat public platform for the client also to facilitate the user, improve the user's use of experience. The agent thermometer designed in this paper applies and verifies the public number according to the official development process of WeChat, and then realizes the interaction between the public number and the temperature collection device by calling the interface of the WeChat developer Center and configuring the background server. Remote diagnosis and remote reminders, etc. The intelligent thermometer designed in this paper can realize the functions of quick measurement of body temperature, data storage, real-time data transmission, background remote diagnosis, remote health warning and so on. On the one hand, it can effectively help the elderly to understand their physiological conditions timely and accurately, and also provide a more convenient means of guardianship for their children, so that the daily life of the elderly get the necessary security.
