基于機器視覺的半球面微小孔位置的精密測量系統(tǒng)(英文)

【摘要】:針對精密零件的半球表面上微小功能孔的位置測量需求,研制了一套基于二維掃描機構(gòu)、圖像獲取單元和精密隔振工作臺的機器視覺測量系統(tǒng).本文提出了基于二維正交旋轉(zhuǎn)掃描測量微小孔孔間位置的理論方法和數(shù)學(xué)模型,探討了在圖像處理過程中小孔邊緣的提取算法以及小孔空心位置的計算方法.為了驗證測量系統(tǒng)對半球面微小孔位置的測量能力,實驗中選用了半球面半徑為60 mm、小孔半徑為2 mm的工件作為測量對象;利用光學(xué)準直儀驗證了小孔位置的測量重復(fù)性和測量精度等性能指標,實驗結(jié)果顯示測量重復(fù)性誤差為1.0″和1.4″,在微孔位置測量偏差的極大值為2.13″和4.13″.
[Abstract]:A machine vision measurement system based on two dimensional scanning mechanism, image acquisition unit and precision vibration isolation table is developed to meet the need of measuring the position of small functional holes on the hemispherical surface of precision parts.This paper presents a theoretical method and a mathematical model for measuring the position of tiny holes based on two-dimensional orthogonal rotation scanning. The algorithm of extracting the edge of small holes and the calculating method of hollow position of holes in image processing are discussed.In order to verify the measuring ability of the measuring system for the position of the small hole of the hemispherical surface, the work piece with the radius of the half sphere of 60 mm and the radius of the small hole of 2 mm is selected as the measuring object in the experiment.The measurement repeatability and measurement accuracy of the small hole position are verified by optical collimator. The experimental results show that the measurement repeatability error is 1.0 "and 1.4", and the maximum of measurement deviation at the microhole position is 2.13 "and 4.13".
