在線式VOC檢測儀的研制

【摘要】:改革開放將近四十年來,我國的國民生活水平日益提高,越來越多的樓房如同是雨后春筍一般拔地而起,而伴隨著這些建筑物的大量出現(xiàn),一大批相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)也進入了一個“產(chǎn)業(yè)春天”,像是建筑材料,裝修裝飾等等。而目前市面上大部分的這些行業(yè),他們使用的材料里都含有或多或少的有機化合物。這些有機化合物在空氣中長時間的存留,給人們生活帶來了很多健康的威脅,甚至是危及生命。在這種情況之下,如何能夠?qū)@種有機化合物,VOC氣體進行高效率、高準(zhǔn)確率的檢測,成為了業(yè)界內(nèi)頻繁提起和關(guān)注的話題之一。針對上述現(xiàn)象,本文所設(shè)計的系統(tǒng)目的是實現(xiàn)對于VOC氣體的檢測。采用從上世紀(jì)末開始逐漸興起的一種新興技術(shù)——PID光離子化技術(shù)為核心技術(shù)。同時可以實現(xiàn)在線式的連續(xù)不斷的檢測,數(shù)據(jù)實時更新,DS1302電子時鐘,TFTLCD液晶顯示,聲光雙重報警和SD卡數(shù)據(jù)存儲功能。PID傳感器選用的是英國阿爾法公司生產(chǎn)的PID-A1傳感器,該傳感器具有精度高,低濃度檢測靈敏度高,檢測范圍廣,響應(yīng)速度快,壽命長等特點。基本可以分辨出ppb量級的濃度信息,檢測范圍可以從0一直到6000ppm,響應(yīng)時間可以達(dá)到20ms以內(nèi),該傳感器內(nèi)部的紫外燈的平均壽命基本都可以達(dá)到5000小時。本文以PID傳感器和STM32大容量處理芯片為核心構(gòu)架,提出了整體系統(tǒng)的概況和組成,設(shè)計了相應(yīng)的信號處理、電子時鐘、聲光報警等硬件功能模塊,完成硬件電路設(shè)計工作的同時,編寫了相應(yīng)的軟件處理程序,介紹了數(shù)字濾波的算法知識。并通過實驗進行了相關(guān)的數(shù)據(jù)驗證,并結(jié)合實際的測試結(jié)果,對整個系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計進行了總結(jié)以及對未來提出了一些展望和想法。
[Abstract]:In the past 40 years of reform and opening up, the standard of living of the people in our country has been improving day by day. More and more buildings are springing up like bamboo shoots, and accompanied by the emergence of a large number of these buildings.A large number of related industries have also entered a "industrial spring", such as building materials, decoration and so on.And most of these industries today, they use materials that contain more or less organic compounds.The existence of these organic compounds in the air for a long time has brought many health threats, even life-threatening, to people's lives.In this case, how to detect the organic compound VOC gas efficiently and accurately has become one of the frequently raised and concerned topics in the industry.In view of the above phenomenon, the system designed in this paper is to realize the detection of VOC gas.A new technology, pid photoionization technology, which has been rising since the end of last century, is used as the core technology.At the same time, the on-line continuous detection can be realized. The electronic clock of DS1302 can be updated in real time. TFT LCD LCD display, acousto-optic dual alarm and SD card data storage function. Pid sensor is the PID-A1 sensor produced by Alpha Company of England.The sensor has the advantages of high precision, high sensitivity, wide detection range, fast response speed and long life.The concentration information of ppb can be distinguished basically, the detection range can be from 0 to 6 000 ppm, the response time can reach within 20ms, and the average life of the UV lamp inside the sensor can reach 5000 hours.At the same time, the corresponding software processing program is written, and the arithmetic knowledge of digital filter is introduced.Based on the experimental results, this paper summarizes the design of the whole system and puts forward some prospects and ideas for the future.
