【摘要】:尿液分析儀是臨床檢驗中不可缺少的醫(yī)療工具,它能夠準(zhǔn)確并且快速地檢查出人體尿液的各個重要成份,反應(yīng)人體的各項生理指標(biāo),是醫(yī)生對患者做出正確診斷的一項重要依據(jù)。當(dāng)前,尿液分析儀已經(jīng)普遍運(yùn)用至各個醫(yī)療組織之中。盡管市面上的尿液分析儀種類繁多,但是大部分尿液分析儀的使用范圍還局限于醫(yī)療機(jī)構(gòu)。因而,開發(fā)一款可以滿足基層社區(qū)、廣大農(nóng)村甚至于每家每戶而使用的,性能穩(wěn)定、技術(shù)先進(jìn)、價格實惠、操作簡易且基本功能齊全的普及型尿液分析儀,具有重要意義。本文首先對當(dāng)前尿液分析儀的現(xiàn)狀、發(fā)展趨向與現(xiàn)存的問題,做了簡明介紹,并且以國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)有尿液分析儀為對象,重點研究其機(jī)械構(gòu)造、檢測模式、穩(wěn)定性、準(zhǔn)確度以及信息處理等多個層面,并且在此基礎(chǔ)上,確定了所研發(fā)的普及型尿液分析儀的基本技術(shù)參數(shù)需求。在滿足基本技術(shù)要求的前提下,該尿液分析儀的設(shè)計,本著制造成本低、使用成本低、操作簡便的原則,達(dá)到普及化的目的。其中,根據(jù)技術(shù)參數(shù)要求,完成了普及型尿液分析儀的基本設(shè)計,包括尿液分析儀的控制系統(tǒng)、下位機(jī)系統(tǒng)、上位機(jī)系統(tǒng)、操作界面等等。針對尿液分析儀的工作原理,規(guī)劃電路體系、簡單化電路,并增強(qiáng)系統(tǒng)的信息處理水平以及調(diào)控的可靠度。制定了可靠度高的通信協(xié)議,完成了上位機(jī)對于下位機(jī)的調(diào)控,使得尿液分析儀能夠正常工作。并且對下位機(jī)系統(tǒng)的各個模塊進(jìn)行開發(fā),實現(xiàn)尿液分析儀的自動控制。
[Abstract]:Urine analyzer is an indispensable medical tool in clinical testing. It can accurately and quickly check out the important components of human urine and reflect the physiological indexes of human body. Is an important basis for doctors to make a correct diagnosis of patients. At present, urine analyzers have been widely used in various medical organizations. Although there are many kinds of urine analyzers on the market, But the use of most urine analyzers is still limited to medical institutions. Therefore, the development of a urine analyzer that can be used in grass-roots communities, rural areas and even every household has stable performance, advanced technology, and affordable prices. The universal urine analyzer with simple operation and complete basic functions is of great significance. Firstly, the present situation, development trend and existing problems of the present urine analyzer are briefly introduced in this paper. And taking the existing urine analyzer at home and abroad as the object, it focuses on the mechanical structure, detection mode, stability, accuracy and information processing, and on this basis, The basic technical parameters of the developed universal urine analyzer are determined. On the premise of satisfying the basic technical requirements, the design of the urine analyzer is based on the principle of low manufacturing cost, low use cost and simple operation. According to the requirements of technical parameters, the basic design of the universal urine analyzer is completed, including the control system of the urine analyzer, the lower computer system, the upper computer system, Operation interface and so on. Aiming at the working principle of urine analyzer, planning circuit system, simplifying circuit, and enhancing the level of information processing and the reliability of control of the system, the communication protocol with high reliability is established. The control of the upper computer for the lower computer is completed, so that the urine analyzer can work normally, and each module of the lower computer system is developed to realize the automatic control of the urine analyzer.
