【摘要】:在基于熱電阻的溫度測量過程中,由于元器件差異和漂移的影響,會大大降低溫度測量準(zhǔn)確度;針對這一問題,提出了一種自校正技術(shù)的4電阻測量法,通過比較4組測量信號的相對大小來求得被測熱電阻的電阻值,進而計算出溫度值;該方法的優(yōu)點是可以抵消測量電路中漂移和元器件差異的影響,從而實現(xiàn)在不同的溫度環(huán)境下的高精度的溫度測量;通過計量爐的實測的數(shù)據(jù)比較,測量誤差小于0.063℃,表明了該方法的有效性和正確性。
[Abstract]:In the process of temperature measurement based on thermal resistance, the accuracy of temperature measurement will be greatly reduced because of the difference and drift between components and components. In order to solve this problem, a 4-resistance measurement method based on self-tuning technique is proposed. By comparing the relative size of four groups of measurement signals, the resistance value of the measured thermal resistance is obtained and the temperature value is calculated.
