【摘要】:以豐富學(xué)生實踐知識,貼近工程實際為目的,吉林大學(xué)利用檢測領(lǐng)域里的前沿技術(shù),首次在國內(nèi)運用大型精密檢測設(shè)備面向高校本科生開設(shè)機械精度設(shè)計基礎(chǔ)實驗。針對實驗設(shè)備價格昂貴,臺套數(shù)不足的問題,全面系統(tǒng)的研究建立基于大型精密檢測儀器設(shè)備的數(shù)字化實驗教學(xué)資源。通過虛實結(jié)合的新實驗教學(xué)模式,能夠使學(xué)生掌握現(xiàn)代化檢測方法與設(shè)備,實現(xiàn)大型精密儀器設(shè)備在本科教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用,培養(yǎng)學(xué)生實際動手能力和創(chuàng)新能力,體現(xiàn)高等學(xué)校的價值。
[Abstract]:In order to enrich students' practical knowledge and get close to engineering practice, Jilin University makes use of the frontier technology in the field of testing. It is the first time to set up a basic experiment of mechanical precision design for undergraduates in colleges and universities by using large precision testing equipment in our country for the first time. In view of the problems of expensive experimental equipment and insufficient number of sets, A comprehensive and systematic study on the establishment of digital experimental teaching resources based on large-scale precision testing instruments and equipment. Through the combination of real and virtual new experimental teaching model, students can master modern testing methods and equipment. To realize the application of large-scale precision instruments in undergraduate teaching, to cultivate students' practical ability and innovation ability, and to embody the value of colleges and universities.
