【摘要】：針對(duì)100 k N重式力基準(zhǔn)機(jī)砝碼的組合問(wèn)題,通過(guò)分析得到了有限個(gè)砝碼力值組合,并對(duì)力值篩選、排序進(jìn)行理論分析,提出了砝碼組合算法,針對(duì)實(shí)際應(yīng)用討論了不同砝碼組合對(duì)加載過(guò)程的影響,基于改進(jìn)冒泡法確定了最優(yōu)組合的方法,為力基準(zhǔn)機(jī)砝碼加載的組合提供了一種新的算法。實(shí)際應(yīng)用驗(yàn)證了該砝碼組合算法在測(cè)試中起到了較顯著的效果。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of weight combination of 100kN heavy force reference machine, the combination of force values of finite weights is obtained through analysis, and the selection and sorting of force values are theoretically analyzed, and an algorithm of weight combination is put forward. The influence of different weight combinations on the loading process is discussed in the light of practical application. The optimal combination method is determined based on the improved bubbling method. A new algorithm is provided for the combination of load weights of the force reference machine, and the practical application shows that the algorithm plays a significant role in the test.
