【摘要】：為評(píng)價(jià)新型瓣膜的開閉狀態(tài)及疲勞特性,采用TH—2200型人工心瓣疲勞壽命測試儀對聚甲醛瓣葉的雙葉心臟瓣膜和ON-X心臟瓣膜進(jìn)行疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn),并利用高速攝像機(jī)對瓣膜的開啟與關(guān)閉情況進(jìn)行跟蹤,考察瓣膜的瞬時(shí)運(yùn)動(dòng)狀態(tài).實(shí)驗(yàn)結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),在體外加速疲勞實(shí)驗(yàn)中,新型雙葉心臟瓣膜與ON-X心臟瓣膜在相同頻率下具有相近的開啟關(guān)閉周期,在瓣葉開啟至極限位置時(shí)都有抖動(dòng)產(chǎn)生,該瓣膜經(jīng)3×108次疲勞測試后,瓣環(huán)無明顯磨損,瓣葉轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)靈活,心瓣正常工作.
[Abstract]:In order to evaluate the opening and closing state and fatigue characteristics of a new type of valve, the fatigue life test of TH-2200 artificial heart valve was carried out on the double lobe heart valve and ON-X valve of polyformaldehyde valve. Using high-speed camera to track the opening and closing of the valve, the instantaneous motion state of the valve is investigated. The results show that in the in vitro accelerated fatigue experiment, The new double-lobe heart valve and ON-X valve have similar opening and closing cycles at the same frequency, and jitter occurs when the valve leaves open to the limit position. After 3 脳 10 ~ 8 fatigue tests, the valve annulus has no obvious wear and the valve blade rotates flexibly. The valve works properly.
