基于LabVIEW的聲級計(jì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:聲級計(jì)是評估噪聲水平的儀器,也是聲學(xué)測量中最常見的儀器之一。聲級計(jì)廣泛應(yīng)用在環(huán)境保護(hù)、勞動(dòng)衛(wèi)生、科研教學(xué)和工業(yè)企業(yè)等領(lǐng)域,可見聲級計(jì)關(guān)系著人們的日常工作和生活,所以確保聲級計(jì)的量值準(zhǔn)確可靠有著重要的意義。但目前在聲級計(jì)的檢定過程中,有大量的重復(fù)操作儀器的工作,且容易出現(xiàn)錯(cuò)誤且效率比較低,所以對技術(shù)操作人員要求較高,因此對研究開發(fā)聲級計(jì)的計(jì)量系統(tǒng)具有積極的意義。在深入研究聲級計(jì)的工作原理和國家計(jì)量檢定規(guī)程的要求的基礎(chǔ)上,本文研究基于LabVIEW的聲級計(jì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)。這套系統(tǒng)通過計(jì)算機(jī)使用LabVIEW軟件控制33220函數(shù)/任意波形發(fā)生器進(jìn)行聲級計(jì)自動(dòng)檢定。它能夠完成基本聲級計(jì)全部項(xiàng)目,而且成本代價(jià)小,對非計(jì)算機(jī)專業(yè)編程的人來說,LabVIEW的圖形、流程圖、術(shù)語、概念等等相比代碼會(huì)感到更熟悉和易懂,并使編寫程序的過程更簡單方便和生動(dòng)有趣,具有成本低,簡單,易用,方便等特點(diǎn)。硬件方面,這套聲級計(jì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)使用了常用的33220函數(shù)/任意波形發(fā)生器進(jìn)行替代了傳統(tǒng)的聲級計(jì)計(jì)量的主標(biāo)準(zhǔn)器,并且通過USB接口連接到計(jì)算機(jī),所有的聲級計(jì)檢定操作都在計(jì)算機(jī)上完成,可見該系統(tǒng)對聲級計(jì)檢定所需要的儀器進(jìn)行了簡化,操作簡便并保證了信號的準(zhǔn)確可靠。軟件方面,這套聲級計(jì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)的操作介面分為7個(gè)功能模塊,分別對應(yīng)聲級計(jì)各個(gè)主要計(jì)量項(xiàng)目。其中系統(tǒng)采用的主體框架是生產(chǎn)者/消費(fèi)者的設(shè)計(jì)模式,類似編程中的事件結(jié)構(gòu),這種結(jié)構(gòu)讓整個(gè)系統(tǒng)變得簡單并降低CPU利用率,系統(tǒng)的操作介面中有29個(gè)可點(diǎn)擊的輸入控件,這29個(gè)輸入控件就是系統(tǒng)中的29個(gè)事件,在操作介面選擇一個(gè)事件發(fā)生后,程序會(huì)自動(dòng)執(zhí)行一系列的動(dòng)作,然后繼續(xù)等待,節(jié)省CPU資源,保證了軟件系統(tǒng)的高效和穩(wěn)定。本文提出的這套聲級計(jì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)可以完成聲級計(jì)所有的檢定項(xiàng)目,并且可以保證準(zhǔn)確性和時(shí)效性,特別是對儀器的操作進(jìn)行了簡化,減少檢定過程中出現(xiàn)的人為誤差,極大提高了檢定效率,而且這套聲級計(jì)校準(zhǔn)系統(tǒng)的檢定結(jié)果與原標(biāo)準(zhǔn)裝置的一致,可以在聲級計(jì)的日常檢定中使用。
[Abstract]:Sound level meter is one of the most common instruments in acoustic measurement. It is widely used in environmental protection, labor health, scientific research and teaching, industrial enterprises and other fields. It can be seen that the sound level meter is related to people's daily work and life, so it is of great significance to ensure the accuracy and reliability of the sound level meter. However, in the verification process of the sound level meter, there are a large number of repeated operation instruments. And prone to errors and low efficiency, so the technical operator requirements are high. Therefore, it is of positive significance to research and develop the measurement system of sound level meter. On the basis of in-depth study of the working principle of the sound level meter and the requirements of national metrological verification regulation. A sound level meter calibration system based on LabVIEW is studied in this paper. The system uses LabVIEW software to control 33220 function / arbitrary waveform generator for automatic verification of sound level meter. Be able to complete all basic level meter projects. And the costs are small, and LabVIEW's graphics, flowcharts, terminology, concepts and so on will be more familiar and understandable to non-computer programmers than code. And make the process of programming more simple, convenient and lively and interesting, with low cost, simple, easy to use, easy to use, and so on. Hardware aspects. The sound level gauge calibration system uses the commonly used 33220 function / arbitrary waveform generator to replace the main standard device of the traditional sound level meter measurement, and is connected to the computer through the USB interface. All the verification operations of the sound level meter are completed on the computer. It can be seen that the system simplifies the instrument needed for the verification of the sound level meter, and it is easy to operate and ensures the accuracy and reliability of the signal. The operating interface of the sound level gauge calibration system is divided into seven functional modules corresponding to each major measurement item of the sound level meter respectively. The main frame of the system is the design pattern of the producer / consumer. Similar to the event structure in programming, which makes the system simple and reduces CPU utilization, there are 29 clickable input controls in the operating interface of the system. These 29 input controls are 29 events in the system. After the operation interface selects an event, the program automatically performs a series of actions, and then continues to wait, saving CPU resources. The calibration system of the sound level meter presented in this paper can complete all the verification items of the sound level meter, and can ensure the accuracy and timeliness. In particular, the operation of the instrument is simplified, the artificial error in the verification process is reduced, and the verification efficiency is greatly improved, and the calibration results of the sound level gauge calibration system are consistent with those of the original standard device. It can be used in the daily verification of sound level meter.
