【摘要】:人口老齡化問(wèn)題已成為關(guān)系到國(guó)計(jì)民生的大事,落實(shí)好老年人的養(yǎng)老問(wèn)題不僅僅是一項(xiàng)民生工程,也是一項(xiàng)民心工程。國(guó)家和政府不斷加強(qiáng)醫(yī)療政策的改革力度,醫(yī)院及養(yǎng)老機(jī)構(gòu)大量的護(hù)理床需要改善與升級(jí)。本文針對(duì)高齡老人和需要臥床的病人研制了一種多功能護(hù)理床,該多功能護(hù)理床具有支背保護(hù)、升降、曲腿、左右翻身、康復(fù)訓(xùn)練等功能。論文的主要研究?jī)?nèi)容包括:1.按中華人民共和國(guó)行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)YY0003-90以及GB/T10000-1998中國(guó)成年人人體尺寸標(biāo)準(zhǔn),結(jié)合多功能護(hù)理床應(yīng)滿足的安全性、功能、人體工程學(xué)等需求,將多功能護(hù)理床床板劃分為對(duì)應(yīng)功能的8塊關(guān)聯(lián)組合床板,并確定了多功能護(hù)理床各床板的尺寸參數(shù)。2.從多功能護(hù)理床的支背與支背保護(hù)功能需求出發(fā),提出了實(shí)現(xiàn)支背保護(hù)功能的空間輪系連桿串聯(lián)組合新機(jī)構(gòu),分析了該機(jī)構(gòu)的組成機(jī)理。以支背床框作為圓錐直齒行星輪系行星架的傳動(dòng)方案,僅用一個(gè)驅(qū)動(dòng)同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)上身側(cè)板與支背床板聯(lián)鎖驅(qū)動(dòng),且結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊。通過(guò)按兩連架桿所需實(shí)現(xiàn)3組位置,對(duì)實(shí)現(xiàn)保護(hù)功能的四桿機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行了機(jī)構(gòu)尺度綜合,實(shí)現(xiàn)了上身保護(hù)側(cè)板翻轉(zhuǎn)角速度在支背運(yùn)動(dòng)前半行程逐漸增加,后半行程逐漸減少的功能。3.提出基于翻身模式的嵌套式組合翻身床框及其新型翻身機(jī)構(gòu),采用兩個(gè)對(duì)稱布置曲柄滑塊和擺桿的串聯(lián)組合機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)現(xiàn)左右側(cè)翻功能;通過(guò)對(duì)翻身機(jī)構(gòu)進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析得出了上身側(cè)板翻轉(zhuǎn)角度與驅(qū)動(dòng)滑塊位移之間的關(guān)系。4.根據(jù)多功能護(hù)理床需要滿足床身高度、床身前后傾斜角度可調(diào)節(jié)的要求;給出三種機(jī)構(gòu)運(yùn)動(dòng)方案,提出新型基于兩個(gè)雙搖桿機(jī)構(gòu)的多功能護(hù)理床升降機(jī)構(gòu),該機(jī)構(gòu)能以最小的包絡(luò)空間實(shí)現(xiàn)多功能護(hù)理床的傾斜角度和高度調(diào)節(jié);該機(jī)構(gòu)的機(jī)架、搖桿和連桿尺度保證了機(jī)構(gòu)具有折疊特性,機(jī)構(gòu)高度調(diào)節(jié)范圍大;升降機(jī)構(gòu)的提升高度近似為搖桿與連桿延伸段的桿長(zhǎng)之和,且多功能護(hù)理床中心點(diǎn)的軌跡近似為一條直線。5.根據(jù)多功能護(hù)理床需實(shí)現(xiàn)腿部康復(fù)訓(xùn)練的要求,提出了三種實(shí)現(xiàn)曲腿功能的運(yùn)動(dòng)方案,對(duì)各運(yùn)動(dòng)方案進(jìn)行運(yùn)動(dòng)學(xué)分析和仿真,實(shí)現(xiàn)了方案優(yōu)選,設(shè)計(jì)研制了實(shí)現(xiàn)曲腿功能的平行四邊形和曲柄滑塊串聯(lián)組合機(jī)構(gòu)。6.對(duì)多功能護(hù)理床的關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了有限元仿真分析,利用solidworks simulation對(duì)支背機(jī)構(gòu)、升降機(jī)構(gòu)、曲腿機(jī)構(gòu)的關(guān)鍵零部件進(jìn)行了有限元分析,得出關(guān)鍵零部件應(yīng)力與形變分布,得出所設(shè)計(jì)零件滿足強(qiáng)度、變形、剛度指標(biāo)的結(jié)論,為多功能護(hù)理床結(jié)構(gòu)產(chǎn)業(yè)化奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:The problem of population aging has become related to the implementation of pension issues beneficial to the people's livelihood event, the elderly is not only a livelihood project, is also a popular project. The state and the government continue to strengthen the reform of health care policy, nursing bed hospital and many pension institutions need to improve and upgrade. This paper aims at the elderly and to bed the patient developed a multifunctional nursing bed, the multifunctional nursing bed has a back protection, lifting, curved legs, turning around, rehabilitation training and other functions.
