【摘要】：雙目系統(tǒng)中棱鏡誤差引起的光軸偏轉(zhuǎn)誤差會(huì)破壞系統(tǒng)的光軸一致性,增加軸外像差,造成單筒波像差過(guò)大,雙筒聚焦不一致,嚴(yán)重影響雙目系統(tǒng)的成像質(zhì)量和使用效果。文中以雙目系統(tǒng)常用的斜方棱鏡和施密特屋脊棱鏡為例,提出了一種棱鏡光軸偏轉(zhuǎn)誤差分析的新方法。主要完成了以下幾項(xiàng)工作:(1)建立了一種包含誤差的棱鏡數(shù)學(xué)模型,將棱鏡誤差分為制造誤差和位置誤差兩部分,其中制造誤差只考慮了尺寸誤差和角度誤差,位置誤差被分為了平移誤差和轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)誤差,這些誤差都以參數(shù)的形式包含到棱鏡數(shù)學(xué)模型之中。(2)通過(guò)對(duì)棱鏡幾何模型中頂點(diǎn)的旋轉(zhuǎn)和平移,實(shí)現(xiàn)了對(duì)棱鏡整體的旋轉(zhuǎn)和平移,旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)采用了點(diǎn)繞空間任意軸旋轉(zhuǎn)矩陣,使得旋轉(zhuǎn)過(guò)程大大簡(jiǎn)化。(3)采用蒙特卡洛方法分別給各誤差參數(shù)在其公差范圍內(nèi)取值,而后對(duì)模型進(jìn)行精確光線追跡,大量多次計(jì)算得到棱鏡光軸偏轉(zhuǎn)誤差的統(tǒng)計(jì)分布圖,并通過(guò)控制各參數(shù)的公差范圍,研究了各參數(shù)影響的權(quán)重以及多參數(shù)的協(xié)同作用。
[Abstract]:The deflection error of optical axis caused by prism error in binocular system will destroy the consistency of optical axis, increase the aberration of external axis, cause the aberration of monolithic wave is too large, and cause the inconsistency of bimetal focusing. The imaging quality and application effect of the binocular system are seriously affected. In this paper, the oblique prism and the Schmitt roof prism commonly used in the binocular system are taken as examples. In this paper, a new method for analyzing the deflection error of prism optical axis is presented. The following work has been done: 1) A prism mathematical model containing errors has been established. The prism error is divided into manufacturing error and position error, in which the manufacturing error only considers the dimension error and the angle error, and the position error is divided into the translation error and the rotation error. These errors are included in the prism mathematical model in the form of parameters. 2) through the rotation and translation of the vertices in the prism geometry model, the rotation and translation of the whole prism are realized. The rotation process is greatly simplified by using the rotation matrix of points around any axis of space, and the Monte Carlo method is used to give the values of each error parameter in its tolerance range. Then the model is traced accurately, and the statistical distribution of the deflection error of the prism axis is obtained by a large number of calculations, and the tolerance range of each parameter is controlled. The weight of each parameter and the synergistic effect of multiple parameters are studied.
