【摘要】:正當(dāng)激光束通過(guò)含有海洋細(xì)菌的水時(shí),它把這些微生物拖入光束之內(nèi),從而使光束發(fā)生了聚焦。細(xì)菌存在于幾乎任何湖海之中,它們散射光線,使水體深處漆黑一片。但是,如果你將一束強(qiáng)激光入射到水中,帶有些細(xì)菌的水卻比普通的水更容易透射。研究人員發(fā)現(xiàn)這一自聚焦效應(yīng)不僅發(fā)生于海洋細(xì)菌中,也存在于其他細(xì)菌乃至血細(xì)胞中。操控這一效應(yīng)可以開辟通往生物成像的新道路。
[Abstract]:Just as a laser beam passes through water containing marine bacteria, it pulls these microbes into the beam, causing the beam to focus. Bacteria are found in almost any lake or sea, scattering light and making the water dark. However, if you inject a strong laser into water, water with bacteria is more transmissible than normal water. The researchers found that this self-focusing effect occurs not only in marine bacteria, but also in other bacteria and even in blood cells. Manipulating this effect could open a new path to biometric imaging.
