基于氣囊保護(hù)裝置的手機(jī)保護(hù)裝置

【摘要】:人們的日常用品越來越微型化,而手機(jī)之類的小型電子產(chǎn)品也越來越受到人們的青睞,但是它們也是極其脆弱的,而如何保證它們的安全,則是我們必須要解決的難題。針對這個(gè)問題,前人只是一味的加厚手機(jī)套,以求減緩意外發(fā)生的沖擊力,卻大大的增加了手機(jī)的體積,既不美觀亦不便攜。而本設(shè)計(jì)擯除了這種設(shè)計(jì)理念,采用了基于安全氣囊的手機(jī)外殼。該手機(jī)外殼由殼體、氣囊、檢測器、點(diǎn)火器、控制器、氣體發(fā)生器組成。該外殼借鑒汽車安全氣囊的工作原理,將檢測裝置與點(diǎn)火器、氣體發(fā)生器連起來,在發(fā)生意外時(shí),檢測器能迅速把信號傳遞到點(diǎn)火器,而點(diǎn)火器則立刻進(jìn)行點(diǎn)火,引燃?xì)怏w發(fā)生器內(nèi)的藥物,在極短時(shí)間內(nèi)將氣囊由無氣狀態(tài)到達(dá)充滿氣體的狀態(tài),并按設(shè)計(jì)包裹機(jī)身,全方位保護(hù)手機(jī)。而這整個(gè)過程,由啟動到完全狀態(tài),僅僅需要100ms,可以有效地防止手機(jī)被摔壞。設(shè)計(jì)的手機(jī)外殼結(jié)構(gòu)較為簡單,易于量產(chǎn)以及拆裝,維修。
[Abstract]:People's daily necessities are becoming more and more miniaturized, and small electronic products such as mobile phones are becoming more and more popular, but they are also extremely vulnerable, and how to ensure their safety is a difficult problem that we must solve. In view of this problem, the predecessor only blindly thickened the mobile phone sleeve, in order to slow down the impact of the accident, but greatly increased the volume of the mobile phone, neither beautiful nor portable. This design eliminates this design concept and adopts the mobile phone shell based on airbag. The shell of the mobile phone is composed of shell, airbag, detector, igniter, controller and gas generator. The shell draws lessons from the working principle of automobile airbag, connects the detection device with igniter and gas generator, in the event of accident, the detector can quickly transmit the signal to the igniter, and the igniter can ignite immediately, ignite the medicine in the gas generator, in a very short time, the airbag will be airless to the state full of gas, and the fuselage can be wrapped according to the design to protect the mobile phone in an all-round way. This whole process, from startup to full state, only needs 100 Ms, which can effectively prevent the phone from being broken. The design of mobile phone shell structure is relatively simple, easy to mass production and disassembly, maintenance.
